And the latest one to join the list is television actress, Drashti Dhami and her husband, Neeraj Khemka. But before we take you further into the story, let us take a look back at Drashti's hush-hush love story. The actress has always been tight-lipped about her love life. In fact, no one knew anything about the epic love of her life until she tied the knot with Neeraj on February 21, 2015. It was during her stint on Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa that her six-year-long relationship was confirmed.
Drashti had made headlines when she tied the knot in a grand ceremony and everyone gushed over her bridal style. Currently, the diva is enjoying some alone time with her husband on the island of Ibiza in Spain. On July 17, 2019, she took to her Instagram and shared a picture with Neeraj while they posed for the lens. Along with it, she wrote, "Happy beach face! @khemkaniraj #formentere #beachlove #tan #sun #loveintheair". She also gave a digital tour of the island on her Instagram stories. Coming back to their love story, in an interview with the Bombay Times, Drashti had shared how she loves cooking food for her husband. She had said, "I like cooking for him, but I don’t usually get time for it. It’s just that everyone in my house is on a diet, so there’s no point cooking. In a world of social media PDAs, Drashti is one star, who prefers to keep her life private. In an interview with Pinkvilla, she had revealed, "It is not private. More than anything else, I don’t know how to make it more public. I don’t find a need, it is like a normal relationship which everyone shares with their better halves. Even Neeraj, he is a very camera-shy guy. When I tell him there will be media outside, he runs off, he never comes with me for events, he says “baby I don’t want to see the camera yaar. I get very conscious (laughs)."
In a post-marriage interview, Drashti had talked about how life has changed after becoming Mrs Khemka, "Life is the same even after marrying just like the way it was before that. Whether it was planning related to family or planning related to professional life, my life has not been troublesome ever. It’s only one complaint he always has from me. He says, “Whenever I plan something for you, you always get busy in household chores. I always find you cleaning one thing or the other.” Now tell what should I do in this?"
