In the photos, the newbie mommy of the town can be seen all decked up in her black-hued gymwear, including a t-shirt and tights, which she teamed with a pair of classy slippers. However, replying to one of her fans' comments, Disha revealed how she manages her workout and her baby as well. The fan asked, "How do u manage ur baby...and ur exercises?". Replying to the quarry, Disha wrote:

It was on October 26, 2023, when Disha Parmar took to her IG handle and posted a cutesy photo of herself as she stepped out for the first time in one month after delivering her baby. In the photo, the actress looked stunning as she slipped into a pink-hued sating cloth. With a pair of cool glasses, open hair, and a subtle touch of makeup, Disha finalised her uber-cool look and shed elegance. Sharing the photo, she penned a cute caption, which could be read as:
"Finally out of the burp clothes & spit ups .. Dressed in better clothes for a 15 minutes appointment with my Gyneac #MomLifeIGuess."
On November 20, 2023, Disha and Rahul's cutesy munchkin, Navya turned another month older. For the special day, Disha dropped a cute video that tracked down her pregnancy journey from week 10 to the second month of Navya's birth. In the video, Disha could be seen wearing the same bodycon dress in each clip. From showing off her tiny to fully grown baby bump to holding her daughter close to her heart while kissing her, the video was all things hearts.

On November 17, 2023, Disha and Rahul hosted a low-key naming ceremony for their daughter. Sharing the photos and videos from the same, they revealed the cutesy name of the munchkin. However, on November 22, 2023, Rahul was spotted at the airport. On being asked the meaning of his daughter's name, the singer said that 'Navya' means somebody who is worthy of being praised.
