For the uninitiated, it was Disha Parmar's birthday on November 10, 2020, when her then-rumoured boyfriend, Rahul Vaidya, had asked her to marry him on national television. Addressing Disha Parmar in the Bigg Boss house and wearing a t-shirt with 'HBD Disha' and "Marry me" written over it with lipstick, Rahul had said, "Today is a very a special day for me. There's a girl in my life, and that that girl's name is Disha Parmar. God! I have never been so nervous. I don't know why it took me so much time to ask you – Will you marry me?" and the rest is history.
On May 18, 2021, Khatron Ke Khiladi 11 contestant, Rahul Vaidya went LIVE on his Instagram handle and talked about his journey and experience on the show so far. In the midway of his LIVE session, his girlfriend, Disha Parmar, joined in, and the two entertained their fans with their cute antics. During the LIVE chat, Rahul sang the popular romantic song, Tera Intezar, for Disha, and it made her emotional. After the beautiful song ended, Rahul asked Disha, whether his sweet song brought tears into her eyes? He said, “Maine itna accha gaaya ki tumhari aankhon mein aansu aa gaye? Somebody was asking, 'Is Disha crying?'" To which, Disha replied, "I just got very emo. Koi pooch raha hai, 'Aap ro rahe ho kya?' Nahi, yeh mera chehra hi aisa hai. For the unversed, when Rahul Vaidya revealed that he is participating in Khatron Ke Khiladi 11 and will be in Cape Town for the shoot, his ladylove, Disha was not willing to leave him. Rahul had taken to his IG handle and had shared an adorable video with Disha. In the video, we could see the loving couple walking as Disha had held Rahul's t-shirt's string like a kid and had walked along. It was easy to assume that Disha was not ready to leave Rahul at any cost and had wanted him to stay. Sharing the cute video, Rahul had written, "She is saying don't leave me & go for Khatron ke khiladi to all the snakes @dishaparmar #kkk11 @colorstv."

It was on March 25, 2021, when Disha had taken to her Instagram handle and had shared a stunning picture in a red saree. In the sizzling picture, Disha had looked simply out of this world. Along with the picture, Disha had penned only one word in the caption, and it could be read as "Reminiscing". After some minutes, her boyfriend and popular singer, Rahul Vaidya, had dropped a comment on his ladylove's picture, which was actually a sweet marriage proposal that could be read as "Mujhse shaadi karogi ???!!" followed by three love-struck emoticons.
