Mike Vrabel 'Used' Dianna Russini To Get Confidential Information, Sports Host Says, 'Disgraceful'

Dianna Russini and Mike Vrabel’s affair scandal doesn’t seem to end in the near future. What began as a normal controversy in April 2026, is now a worldwide headline. Just as it looks like the scandal is over, an NFL insider or reports drops another major truthbomb. Recently, reporter, Crissy Froyd made an appearance on The Howard Eskin Show, during which she revealed that Dianna and Mike’s relationship has been going on since the past 10 years. It is worth mentioning that as per the photos and videos shared by Page Six and TMZ, it was earlier assumed that the two were together for five years.

Have Dianna Russini and Mike Vrabel been together for 10 years?

Crissy Froyd is one of the most popular journalists in the ongoing scandal of Mike Vrabel and Dianna Russini. For the unversed, weeks ago, she was fired from USA Today for talking about the rumoured couple. However, that did not stop her from sharing her thoughts. During the recent appearance at The Howard Eskin Show, when Crissy was asked about Dianna and Mike’s relationship timeline, she was quoted as saying:

"At least 10 years. I would assume between – for what I know, between her and him. And certainly, for what I know about her. At least 10 years."

Further, Crissy expressed her frustration and shared that everybody around Dianna and Mike knew about their relationship; however, nobody tried to stop them. She explained that people chose to see and ignore it, rather than stop them doing it, despite being married to different people. Crissy also shared that Dianna and Mike need to take accountability of this and cannot call it a mistake after being together for 10 years. In her words:

"The biggest thing to me was the way that everyone knew, and no one did anything about it, and it was obvious. And then, to me, the worst part of it was, I would almost feel bad for her if she fell in love for six months and made these horrible mistakes, and she owned up to it. Because everybody makes mistakes in their lifetime. We all know that. And we’ve seen it time and time again. But you don’t make the same mistake for six years, 10 years, anything of that longevity, whatsoever."

When Crissy Froyal revealed several female reporters have physical relationships with NFL staff members

A few days ago, Crissy Froyd shared her opinion on the ongoing scandal in a Daily Mail article. In the same, she had revealed that more than half a dozen female reporters have physical relationships with NFL staff members and coaches. She also stated that NFL coaches try to manipulate the reporters to convince them to have physical contact with them. The reason behind the same can also be that the coaches promise better opportunities.

Did Mike Vrabel use Dianna Russini to his advantage?

During the same conversation, NFL analyst, Howard Eskin also shared his thoughts and mentioned that the entire problem lies in Dianna Russini and Mike Vrabel. He described Dianna and Mike’s decision to not take accountability as ‘disgraceful’ and claimed that Mike used the former NFL reporter to get confidential information about coaches, players and more. Howard Eskin shared:

"It wasn’t you that was the problem, it was Mike Vrabel and Dianna Russini, two people that have still not told the truth. It’s disgraceful. If they want to have a relationship and they’re doing what they’re doing, that’s fine, do what you wanna do… He used her, and that’s tampering. She’ll ask other coaches and players things and then she’ll share it with him. Whether it’s in the bedroom or it’s over dinner or it’s in the pool or wherever it is. That part is wrong and it’s difficult."
