Recently, a throwback video of Dharmendra from his daughter, Esha Deol's wedding surfaced online, wherein the actor can be seen lashing out at a reporter for asking about Sunny Deol and Bobby Deol's absence at Esha Deol’s wedding. In the video shared by a Reddit user, the then-bride's father, Dharmendra was seen interacting with the media persons gathered outside the venue and showering his blessings on his daughter, Esha and her then-groom, Bharat Takhtani.
However, Dharmendra suddenly appeared to lose his temper when a reporter asked him why Esha's elder brothers were nowhere to be seen at their sister’s wedding and said, “Behen ki shaadi mein bade bhai dikhaayi nahi de rahe?". Reacting to the reporter's question, a visibly angry Dharmendra pointed his finger at him and lashed out loudly. He was heard saying:
“Aap bakwaas mat kijiye."

For the unversed, Sunny Deol and Bobby Deol had chosen to skip their step-sisters, Esha and Ahana’s weddings. It so happened that when Esha tied the knot with Bharat Takhtani in 2012, her half-brothers didn't attend her wedding despite getting the invitation. This sparked speculations of disputes between the two families, as it was their cousin, Abhay Deol, who performed the rituals at Esha's wedding. If reports are to be believed, Sunny and Bobby took the decision to skip Esha's wedding because they didn't want to hurt their mother, Prakash Kaur's sentiments. However, being loving brothers, they sent multiple gifts to their half-sister, Esha, as she marked her new beginnings.
There is no denying the fact that Esha Deol shares a cordial relationship with both her step-brothers, Sunny Deol and Bobby Deol. Proof of the same we had witnessed when in an old interview, Esha had once revealed interesting details about Sunny and Bobby and heaped praises on them. The actress shared that both of them are good people at heart and added that she considers Sunny like a father figure in her life while Bobby has always been reserved. In her words:
“Sunny Bhaiya is very innovative and a very good person at heart. Bobby Bhaiya is also very good in nature but he is very much reserved.”
