While some celebrities have turned painter, some have turned poets, some are busy doing their workout session at home, and some are busy doing household chores. Talking about Bollywood’s most favourite couple, Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone, the couple is spending their time doing every domestic thing possible. Among everything else, the couple recently indulged in a cooking session. As wife, Deepika Padukone turned master chef for pati, Ranveer Singh, the actor could not stop but appreciate his wife.
On 3 April, 2020, Ranveer Singh took to his Instagram stories to share a bunch of video clips and pictures of wifey, Deepika Padukone to show how she donned the chef’s hat and got down to some serious cooking. The actress prepared dishes from Thai cuisine including chopped Thai salad, Thai green curry, rice and vegetable Tom Yum soup. Not just this, the darling wifey was helped by hubby, Ranveer, as she went on to bake a cake as well. Deepika also dressed up the cake with a scoop of ice cream, nuts and their favourite, Nutella, which had ‘Ram’ written over it, indicating Ranveer Singh’s character from his one of the finest film, Goliyon ki Rasleela-Ramleela. At the end of it, Ranveer was the happiest ‘pati parmeshwar’ with a bowl of ice cream in his hands. Take a look:
Earlier in a Hangout interview with journalist Rajeev Masand, Deepika had talked about her wish to learn Indian cooking, and had said, “He never goes to the kitchen. I’m really good at western cooking and Italian and continental. I’ve always been scared of the cooker though. I want to learn Indian cooking in this time. I want to learn the difference between dhaniya, pudina and besan and atta.” (Recommended Read: Ruslaan Mumtaz's Wife, Nirali Mehta Shares Picture With Baby, Rayaan During Their Self-Quarantine)
In the same interview, the actress had talked about how husband, Ranveer is the easiest person to live with during this Coronavirus lockdown. When the actress was asked about her daily routine with husband, Ranveer Singh, she had replied, “I have to say, he’s the easiest person to live with in this scenario. He’s sleeping for about 20 hours, which really allows me time to do things that I want to do.” She had further added, “For the four hours that he’s awake, we’re either watching a movie, eating, exercising. He’s a real joy to be with at this time. No demands, no hassles, he’s very easy.”
The couple has been making the most of this time and has been sharing their goofy-mushy ‘us’ pictures on their social media handles respectively. On April 2, 2020, Deepika had taken to her Instagram handle and had finally labelled the most prized possession of her life and the man of her dreams, Ranveer. She had shared a picture of sleeping Ranveer with a 'husband' label on his head. Along with it, the gorgeous actress had written, "Season 1:Episode 7: & while I was at it... @ranveersingh #wannabemariekondo #thinkitookittoofar Productivity in the time of COVID-19!."
