Deepika Padukone is basking in a lot of love and attention post the release of her first song, Sher Khul Gaye with Hrithik Roshan from their upcoming film, Fighter. While her suave dance moves has left many impressed with the actress once again, it seems she has also irked another significant section of the netizens. Taking to the discussion portal, Reddit, a user dropped a screengrab of two promotional posts of the song, Sher Khul Gaye made by Hrithik Roshan and Deepika Padukone on their respective IG handles. However, while the former didn’t forget to tag all the cast and crew of the team in the captions it was Deepika’s absence of crediting them that grabbed eyeballs.

Well, the fact that Deepika Padukone only tagged a few of her co-stars and the filmmaker only in her post irked many internet users and they started a discussion on the same. Taking to the comment sections, eagle-eyed netizens started to put forth their opinions on the same. A fair share of netizens were irked by Deepika missing out to give due credit to the rest of the cast and crew members of the film, who put in equal and even more effort to make the film a success. Moreover, some others compared her with Hrithik Roshan and cited how the actress reflected her insecurity. While one netizen commented, “You need to be secure as an actor for it. HR has always praised his rivals on social media and cheers them on. I’ve hardly ever seen her doing it”, another user penned, “Deepika will take money from them to promote on her page. She is a huge marketing lover.” Yet another netizen wrote, “Deepika’s never been a gracious and secure person, for her the world revolves around her.”
Earlier, during her stint in Koffee With Karan 8, Deepika Padukone was asked by Karan Johar to reveal the one actor apart from her husband, Ranveer Singh, with whom she shares the best on-screen chemistry. In her response, the diva revealed she feels having an amazing chemistry with Hrithik Roshan, which people will be able to see in their upcoming film, Fighter. In her words:

Back on December 8, 2023, the teaser of Hrithik Roshan and Deepika Padukone’s upcoming film, Fighter was released. While the glimpses from the high-octane film entertained many, it was the steamy scenes between the lead pair that was unmissable. Moreover, a particular snapshot of Hrithik and Deepika’s on-screen kiss on the beach was circulated, that created an instant stir on the internet.
