Dax told Kristen during a 2018 episode of his podcast, Armchair Expert, that when she told him that she didn't get breast augmentation and that her body was natural, he got 'excited'. In his words:
"When I found out those things were real and they were that perky, I was very excited...There was a huge shift."

During their beauty-related conversation, 46-year-old Kristen suggested removing their glam makeup and unclipping their hair extensions on camera. "You were the inspiration for me suggesting this, because there's no other show you could do this on," Kristen told her Big Miracle co-star.
Kristen smiled and leaned in close to the camera to show her natural skin, laugh lines, and wrinkles without any digital filters. She added that she began wanting to model bare-faced looks for her children - daughters Lincoln, 13, and Delta, 11, whom she shares with her husband, Dax Shepard.
