Television actress, Chhavi Mittal inspired millions of people with her courage, strength and positivity throughout her battle with breast cancer surgery. She has been documenting every procedure and step of one of the most difficult journeys of her life. No matter what life has thrown at her, Chhavi has always come out stronger and more powerful. Now, the actress shared an update about her health.
A few days back, taking to her IG handle, Chhavi Mittal had shared a picture from her salon session and had penned a long note, expressing her happiness of returning back to her home. She had revealed that she was nervous about how she would manage after her surgery and had shared that she had gone for a walk with her best friend. She had penned a long note in her caption and had inspired other people to be happy and positive throughout their battle with cancer. The actress had also talked about the road ahead and had revealed that she would take around a month for full recovery.

On May 5, 2022, Chhavi Mittal took to her IG handle and shared two pictures of herself. In the picture, the actress was seen donning a black-coloured t-shirt paired with a matching cap. She styled her look with a smartwatch and left her tresses open. Along with it, she penned a long note, giving her fans an update about her health and revealed that she's doing a lot better. Her note can be read as:
"Whatever life offers, it’s so important to feel normal. And for me, nothing more normal than a coffee at starbucks. I juggle between the coffee, the family & my jitters as my impending doc app to discuss the way forward falls today. For all those asking, I’m doing a lot better and recovering beautifully from the surgery."
In another picture, we can see Chhavi kissing her son, Arham on his cheeks. The little one looked cute as a button in a yellow-hued kurta, and he was seen smiling for the lens. Further in her note, Chhavi revealed that she's still in pain and added that now she can hold a cup of coffee from her right hand. Sharing that she can not hold her baby, Arham in her arms for at least a month, Chhavi concluded:
"There’s still a little pain, and a lotttt of swelling… but I’ve started mobilising a lot and it feels great to finally be able to hold that cup of coffee with my right hand (the operated side), even though holding my baby is at least another month away. (Talking about normalcy, don’t miss the Amazon notification on my smartwatch! ) And for all those who need to hear this…THIS TOO SHALL PASS!!! In a jiffy!!"
Chhavi and her hubby, Mohit Hussein had celebrated their 17th wedding anniversary in the hospital, and the actress had posted a cutesy video on her IG handle. In the video, we could see Chhavi cutting the cake with her husband, Mohit and their kids, Areeza and Arham. She had shown immense courage as despite being in pain, she had kept smiling for her family. Alongside it, she had written:
"This has actually turned out to be the best anniversary ever!"
