Ranveer Brar has been one of the most-loved and talked-about celebrity chefs in India. He has garnered a massive follower base, owing to his exceptional skills at cooking the most delicious dishes ever. Ranveer Brar was born on February 8, 1978, in the city of Lucknow. His family was that of restaurant owners, as a result, Ranveer was inculcated closely in the passion for food, spices and cooking itself. After graduating from high school, he got himself enrolled into a hotel management degree. However, he dropped out of it within a few months and instead, followed his dreams and relocated to Mumbai.

After shifting his base, Ranveer had a tough time arranging for a job for himself. Things were more difficult since neither he had any formal training nor a degree to prove his skills. It was only his passion for cooking that drove him everywhere. After doing a few odd jobs here and there, he eventually landed at a decent job in Mumbai’s esteemed Taj Mahal Palace Hotel. He joined there as a commis chef, and gradually got promoted to be the head chef of the banquet operation.
In 2001, Ranveer had opened his first-ever restaurants at Goa’s Fort Aguada Beach Resort, that included designated ones for seafood, Italian and an open-air barbeque eatery. Thereafter, he made his biggest leap as he flew all the way down to Boston and opened a Franco-Asian restaurant. Despite winning several awards, the restaurant could not do well and was permanently shut down. Gradually making his career forward so far, he has contributed to publishing several cookbooks, and hosting television programmes, including his own show called Ranveer’s Chakhle India. Moreover, he has also judged the prestigious Master Chef India series.

While much is known about his professional career and achievements, rather less is known about his personal life. For the unversed, Ranveer is happily married to his wife and fellow chef, Pallavi Brar, with whom he had tied the knot on July 14, 2013. The duo reportedly had fallen in love due to their shared passion for cooking. After dating for a few years, Ranveer had proposed marriage to his ladylove, Pallavi over a dinner prepared by him at Marco Island, Florida. The duo had tied the knot in a traditional Marathi wedding.
After a few years of their marriage, the madly-in-love couple, Ranveer and Pallavi got blessed with their son, Ishaan. While the little family of three are not much into PDA, they often share glimpses from their happy lives on their social media handles, which proves how humble and grounded they are.
For the unversed, Ranveer Brar has his own blog page, where he reveals interesting anecdotes about his passion for food and cooking. However, there was once when the celebrity chef had penned something special for his darling wife, Pallavi. Revealing how she has always inspired him to grow onwards and upwards, Ranveer had written:
