Charu Asopa of Mere Angne Mein fame is reportedly dating Sushmita Sen's brother, Rajeev Sen. Their social media is filled with their PDAs and their couple pictures emanates love which is so evident in their eyes. Reportedly, the two first met at a party and have since been dating each other.
A source has shared with a media portal, "Yes, Charu and Rajeev are dating each other. Their relationship is very tender at this stage. Both of them are not ready to talk about their relationship in public as of now and are taking things slowly. They are really fond of each other. The two bumped at a party and got along like a house on fire."
Charu Asopa's latest post on Instagram is almost a confirmation that she is in love. Sharing the following pic of herself, she wrote this shayari as the caption and a close reading of it will make you believe that she has indeed fallen in love, "Ki bhramar koi kumudni par machal baitha to hungama, Hamare dil koi khwab pal bhaitha to hungama, Abhi tak doob kar sunte the sab kisse muhabbat ke, Hum kisse ko haqiqat mein badal baithe to hungama."

The lovebirds had shared the following pictures on Instagram and captioned these photos with the same words, "Finally we met #fridaynightdinner #precious #cutest #dinnerdate." For the uninitiated ones, it must be mentioned here that Charu Asopa was earlier dating Neeraj Malviya of Mere Angne Mein serial. They knew each other from before but cupid struck the two only after they started working together. Charu and Neeraj also got engaged on February 17, 2016, in Bhopal, but eventually, things didn't work out between the two.
Charu had earlier claimed her engagement to Neeraj was the happiest moment of her life. She had then said: “Yes, it was a dress rehearsal of sorts when I shot for my engagement sequence in Mere Angne Mein. And when I walked my way to getting engaged to Neeraj, it was my happiest moment.”
Neeraj Malviya, in an interview later with Tellychakkar, talked about his break up with Charu Asopa. He was quoted as saying, "Yes, sometimes 2 people are meant to be not more than great friends. In my case, a majority of problems have been created because of the rumours. There were no tiffs of sorts between us regarding money or anything. We are matured individuals and with the rate at which divorces are taking place, it is better to not have a relationship with a weak foundation."
Sometime later, Charu also broke her silence on her break up with Neeraj. She had shared with a media portal, "Neeraj and I called off our engagement due to some issues which are personal. As clarified by Neeraj, there are no tiffs over financial issues or other consequential matters. We are working on our relationship and if all things fall into place, we will get married on the date which has been decided. The venue and all the arrangements are still booked and nothing has been cancelled. Unnecessary rumours are doing nothing but adding fuel to the fire we are trying to put out."
