For the unversed, on January 19, 2026, Brooklyn took to his Instagram Stories and shared an explosive six-page statement accusing his parents of manipulating him and creating trouble in his relationship with his wife, Nicola Peltz. In a recent interview, Brooklyn’s ex-girlfriend, Hana Cross, reacted to his ongoing feud with his family.

In a recent interview with Hello magazine, Hana Cross reacted to his ongoing feud with his family. Hana shared that it was a bit shocking for her to see her ex-boyfriend, Brooklyn, coming out and writing such a thing. She mentioned that Brooklyn’s statement summed up a lot of her own experiences with the family. She added that it’s sad to see everything coming out in public. Hana Cross stated that she hopes that Brooklyn will reconcile with his family someday. She was quoted as saying:

"This whole thing that's happened, with Brooklyn coming out and writing the Instagram Stories and his statement – it was a bit shocking to me that he did that. It was a surprise. I guess it shocked his family, too… but it summed up a lot of my own experiences as well and the way that their family as a brand does act. But I do think it's sad that everything had to be put out there on his side, so openly and publicly. In terms of reconciling, I hope that they do, purely because they're a family and I think family is extremely important."

In the same interview, Hana opened up about her former relationship with Brooklyn Beckham. She shared that when they dated, she was in her 20s and had just started modelling. Hana mentioned that back then, she moved from a simple farm life to a big city like London. So, it was quite hard for her to understand what was best for her. According to a report by People, Brooklyn and Hana were linked in December 2018 when the duo was seen leaving an after-party for the British Fashion Awards.

In the same interview, Hana got candid about her breakup with her ex-boyfriend, Brooklyn Beckham. She shared that after they broke up, there was a lot of speculation. However, she never spoke about it in public. She clarified that the Beckham family never gave her any warning to speak out about their breakup. But after their split, she just wanted to move on and make her own name. Hana was quoted as saying:

"Since we broke up, which was many years ago now, there's been a lot of press and a lot of talk. I haven't really spoken out about Brooklyn or my time with the family since then. But with the constant press that comes out, and with my name always being linked back into it, it’s hard not to be mentally drawn back into that part of my life. I've never been pressured or received any warning from them not to speak out about it or say anything about the relationship. After it happened, I just wanted to move on and make my own life and my own name for myself."

Hana Cross accused the Beckham family of causing anxiety

Further in the interview, Brooklyn’s ex-girlfriend accused him and his family of causing anxiety. She highlighted that there were a lot of warning signs during their relationship. However, initially, she ignored it by delaying her breakup. She was quoted as saying:

"My time with the family caused me a lot of anxiety, in all honesty. There were a lot of warning signs and things that happened during the relationship that, in hindsight, should have made me think and maybe end the relationship or walk away from it a lot sooner than I did."
