Brooke Hogan Addressed Being Left Out Of Dad Hulk Hogan's USD 5 Million Will, 'No Surprise To Me'

Hulk Hogan is once again in the spotlight after the release of his docuseries, Hulk Hogan: Real American. The series features the pro-wrestler’s professional and personal life, and how he battled his demons throughout his career. Hulk Hogan bid adieu to the world on July 24, 2025. During that time, the wrestler’s personal life gained a lot of attention, especially his feud with his daughter, Brooke.

Brooke Hogan was left out of her father’s USD 5 million will

Hulk Hogan was 71 when he passed away, and after his death, his son, Nick Hogan, became the beneficiary of his entire will of nearly USD 5 million. Over the past decade, Brooke became estranged from her father, who was embroiled in several controversies. The father-daughter duo shared a warm bond once, but their relationship went for a toss after Hogan’s messy divorce from Linda.

After Brooke was left out of her father’s will, she revealed that it was not a surprise for her, as she was expecting it. In a throwback interview with TMZ, Brooke shared:

“His decision is no surprise to me. It's what I asked for, I stand by it with no regrets. My dad knows I'm a hard worker and I have been surviving without his money for a long, long time."

Brooke Hogan is not a part of Hulk Hogan’s docu-series

The reality series, Hulk Hogan: Real American, includes interviews with Hogan's ex-wife Linda, son, Nick, and Hogan himself. But his daughter, Brooke Hogan, is not a part of the docu-series. Brooke was not on speaking terms with the iconic wrestler when he passed, and she has kept her distance from the rest of her family too, which she says is why she opted out of telling her dad's story.

However, Brooke now regrets being taken away from her father’s will, as she has no legacy of him to carry forward. Speaking to Page Six, Brooke shared that people who were not even close to Hulk are running the show now. Elaborating about her estranged relationship with Hulk, Brooke said:

“It's not about money. It's about doing the right thing and making sure that [Hulk] is represented in the correct ways, and his legacy lives on in the most positive way. There's things I would definitely be doing differently if I were back in that seat. People that I so badly wanted to get away from are now running the show, which is even more of a nightmare."

Brooke walked down the aisle and got married to retired NHL player, Steven Oleksy in 2022. The couple welcomed twins in January 2025. Once, Brooke took to her Instagram stories and claimed that throughout her childhood, she had to face verbal and emotional abuse. Brooke expressed that she always dreamed of having a normal family that remained united through thick and thin. Brooke also shared that she had tried her level best to mend things between her parents, but everything had gone in vain.
