Television actress, Shrenu Parikh will exchange vows with the love of her life, Akshay Mhatre on December 21, 2023. Their nuptials would take place in Shrenu’s hometown, Vadodara, and the pre-wedding functions have already begun with mehendi, sangeet and haldi rituals. And we are constantly getting sneak peeks into the fun-filled pre-wedding rituals at Shrenu and Akshay's wedding in Vadodara. Now, we stumbled upon a video from Shrenu's stunning entry at her haldi ceremony along with her would-be-husband, Akshay.
A few moments back, on December 20, 2023, Shrenu Parikh's close friend from the industry, Mansi Srivastava took to her IG handle and shared a stunning video story from the former's haldi ceremony. In the story, Shrenu was seen riding a scooty while her groom-to-be, Akshay Mhatre was seen seated behind her. While the duo made an entry at their haldi ceremony, their close friends and family were seen cheering for them. Atop the video, Mansi penned:
"What an entry."

For the haldi ceremony, Shrenu and Akshay served major couple goals, and they were seen twinning in green ensembles. Shrenu opted for a nauvari saree with a broad floral printed border. She teamed her look with a matching blouse and unique stone-and-pearl-embedded jewellery, including two neckpieces, matching earrings, a matha patti, a nath and bangles. Subtle makeup with a crescent moon-shaped bindi completed her look. She looked simply pretty while accentuating her look with a pair of shiny sunglasses. On the other hand, Akshay looked dapper in a kurta paired with a similar floral-printed border-adorned doshala and pants.
Earlier, Mansi, who has been part of Shrenu's entire wedding diary, had taken to her IG handle and shared a cute glimpse of the bride-to-be. In the picture, Shrenu's loving friend, Mansi was seen helping her while getting ready, and it surely gave bridesmaid goals. Moreover, Shrenu looked pretty in a yellow and pink-hued pre-draped saree with a matching yellow blouse. She completed her look with jadau jewellery and a bun hairdo.

Shrenu's wedding festivities kickstarted on December 19, 2023, with her traditional mehendi ceremony. Taking to her IG handle, Shrenu had shared an array of glimpses from the same. She was seen flaunting her mehendi-clad hands, wherein we spotted Shrenu and Akshay's initials alongside beautiful floral patterns. For the traditional mehendi ceremony, Shrenu opted for a green-hued tie-dyed lehenga adorned with butis all over it, and teamed it with a matching stone-embellished tulle blouse with a plunging neckline. Moreover, she opted for unique floral jewellery and subtle makeup. Sharing the photos, Shrenu wrote:
“Mehendi rach gayi…Let’s see how much he loves me…!? #LoveAtFirstTake.”
For the unversed, Shrenu met Akshay when they started working on the show, Ghar Ek Mandir – Kripa Agrasen Maharaj Ki in August 2021. Gradually, they developed a lovely bond which blossomed into love.
