According to reports, the former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star has been undergoing intensive daily IV treatments, which are expected to continue for 90 days after her upcoming facial surgery. Glanville’s face reportedly changed drastically due to a parasite after she failed to replace her breast implants despite difficulties. Now, amid reports claiming that Brandi would go under the knife, her before-and-after pictures surface.

TMZ reported that the former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star is all set to undergo surgery to remove unwanted material and organisms from the affected areas of her face and thoroughly clean the area. The procedure is part of a longer treatment plan to address her facial problems and infection. A source told TMZ that Brandi would be undergoing surgery this week on her face to remove gunk and organisms.
After the surgery, Brandi would begin an antifungal IV treatment for another 90 days. When that treatment is done, she would reportedly undergo another surgery to remove her implants. Dr. Mark Farber, who has been the leading doctor in diagnosing Brandi correctly, has put a team of doctors together to help cure the reality TV star's facial issue and infection that has taken over her body.
Dr. Farber won't perform the surgery himself, and another doctor will be involved at Cedars-Sinai. Brandi has reportedly dealt with rashes, unusual growths or lumps beneath her skin, and other facial issues. These problems have affected not only her health but also her social life.
Brandi previously shared how she isolated herself from friends and struggled to respond to their messages and phone calls because of her health difficulties. She revealed that she was diagnosed with highly resistant ESBL Klebsiella and Enterobacter with biofilm, Coccidioidomycosis (Valley Fever), Demodex dermatitis, and mononucleosis.
Earlier, in an interview with Shape magazine, Brandi admitted that she had undergone some cosmetic procedures, including Botox and fillers. She shared that getting these procedures was a personal choice and that people should do whatever made them feel good about themselves. Through a tweet, Brandi revealed that she underwent breast augmentation, commonly known as a boob job.

Brandi began experiencing unusual facial swelling and changes in her appearance in 2023. Initially, doctors diagnosed her with stress-induced angioedema, a condition that causes swelling beneath the skin. However, the issues didn’t resolve. She believed that she contracted a parasite during a trip to Morocco while filming The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip. She suspected it may have been connected to food that had been left out for hours, including meat.
Brandi had painful lumps around her jaw, face and neck, facial swelling and areas that appear to sink inward. She also had dental problems. She had consulted several types of specialists, including doctors who treat immune-system problems, infections, rheumatological conditions and ear, nose and throat disorders. She had also tried different medications and procedures. In December 2024, Brandi dissolved her facial fillers. Later, she said treatments appeared to help temporarily, but she could not afford to continue them long-term.
In February 2026, Brandi told TMZ that doctors had linked her facial disfigurement to ruptured breast implants. She said the implants had affected her lymph nodes, so she underwent surgery to have them removed. In June 2026, several months after having her breast implants removed, Brandi said her facial symptoms had returned. During an episode of her Unfiltered podcast, she explained that she had thought she was getting better, but her face had started sinking inward again.
