During her modelling days, Bollywood's mastani, Deepika Padukone, had dated model and actor, Nihaar Pandya for quite some time. The two had met at an acting school in Mumbai for the first time. They had also featured in two different songs of popular singer, Himesh Reshammiya's album, Aap Kaa Surroor. As per various reports, the duo was also in a live-in relationship before they had parted ways.
After their breakup, Deepika had started dating Ranbir Kapoor. On Deepika Padukone's 30th birthday, Nihaar was interviewed by a leading daily a few year ago, and on being asked about his equation with Deepika, he had mentioned:
"Yes, we are very much in touch. It’s nowhere close to the way it has been portrayed so far with reports suggesting that both of us are waiting to run each other down or anything. It’s all very much on a friendly note."
After breaking up with Deepika Padukone, Nihaar Pandya got married to popular singer, Neeti Mohan on February 16, 2019, at Falaknuma Palace in Hyderabad. On June 2, 2021, Nihaar and Neeti had welcomed a baby boy into their lives.

Talking about Deepika Padukone, she got married to Ranveer Singh. The much-anticipated wedding had taken place on November 14 and 15, 2018, in Lake Como, Italy. However, there were reports that Aseem had planned to take revenge on Priyanka by making a biopic on her titled, 67 Days.
