Add BollywoodShaadis on GoogleThe Tamil action thriller, Blast, that won a lot of hearts a few weeks ago, when it was released in theatres, is now available for streaming on the OTT giant, Netflix. The film starring Arjun Sarja, Preity Mukhundhan and Abhirami Gopikumar focuses on a middle class family, who become the target of a powerful syndicate that is involved in multiple illegal activities. Now that the movie is grabbing attention, continue reading to know how Blast ends!
The movie, Blast revolves around 'Rajaram' (played by Arjun Sarja). He is a martial arts trainer, who lives with his wife, 'Neelaveni' (Abhirami) and their daughter, 'Nila' (Preity Mukhundhan). The entire family is highly-skilled in martial arts and are known for standing up against injustice. The film opens with showing the family living a normal and peaceful life, unaware of the danger that they are about to face.

As the movie moves forward, 'Rajaram' and his family cross paths with a dangerous criminal network, who are involved in multiple illegal activities. The mastermind behind this is 'Varun' (played by John Kokken). As usual, 'Rajaram' and his family get involved and take an oath to finish this criminal network. However, little did they know that 'Varun' was not very easy to kill.

'Rajaram' soon became the target of 'Varun'. The criminals initially threaten 'Rajaram'; but he refuses to back down. What follows is a fight involving 'Varun' and his gang against 'Rajaram' and his family. The best part of the movie is how the family uses their martial arts skills. Each confrontation raises the stakes.

Towards the end of the Tamil movie, 'Rajaram', his wife and their daughter get into a major conflict with the criminal network. The network also gets to know the identity of 'Rajaram' and decide to kill him, making the final conflict intense. The final fight includes fierce martial arts battles. As it ends, the members of the syndicate are defeated and all the illegal activities are exposed. Blast ends on a hopeful and meaningful note, as the makers urge netizens to take a stand for what is right.

"It is a good one time watch with good performances and great stunts by the entire cast. Finally a Tamil movie without OSD. Kudos to @akarjunofficial, @PreityMukundan & director @subashraj1197 for a #Blast ing Debut."

For those who do not know, Arjun Sarja is a green belt 2 holder in martial arts. Weeks ago, the much-loved actor spoke about the movie and how he used his skills in Blast. He explained that his personal experiences and skills helped him portray the role of 'Rajaram' with so much efficiency. Further, revealing the reason behind why he said yes to do the Tamil film, Arjun was quoted as saying:
"Knowing martial arts helped me in getting into the skin of the character for Blast. But there were a couple of important things that made me agree to the film. Police cannot be present in many places at the same time."
