Billie Eilish's photos for a jewelry campaign with her brother sparked many claims. People are comparing them to older photos where she had a more prominent bust. In one of her old photos from January 2026, Billie wore a black-hued polka-dot top and held a cookie. In the recent image, Billie's bust appeared different.
However, there could be multiple reasons for Billie's changed bust appearance, including a strappy top, her pose, the camera angle, and her weight loss. However, some users claimed that it is the push-up bras that made her breasts appear larger. Others wondered whether Billie's weight loss could explain her changed bust size.
Several fans slammed the claims regarding Billie undergoing breast reduction surgery. One user wrote, "Good for her if that's what she wanted and helps her back some; y'all are so annoying." Another one penned, "Why do men think women give a damn about them when making decisions about themselves?"
One user expressed their thoughts behind the breast reduction surgery and claimed that it was the best decision she made in her personal life, as it relieved her from back pain. Another asked people to do not make it a big deal and added that whether Billie underwent a surger or not is up to her, not anyone else to judge.
Earlier, in a 2023 Variety interview, Billie revealed that she had big breasts since she was nine years old and that's how she looked. She talked about her breasts being a topic of discussion in 2019 as she revealed that her boobs were trending on the internet. She wrote:
"My boobs were trending on Twitter! At number one! What is that?! Every outlet wrote about my boobs!"
Billie also revealed that she wears bigger clothes because she doesn't want people to judge her or fat-shame her. She shared that she chooses to '800 size' bigger clothes because she doesn't want people to give that space to pass judgments.
Recently, in May 2026, Billie talked about getting older and said she wants to see her face and body age, and she won't change it, while discussing her take on cosmetic surgery. Billie revealed that when she was growing up, she wanted to be a teenager, and when she turned 17, she was the happiest.
Billie also addressed people opting for botched surgeries, which end up making people look unrecognizable. She said:
"I never thought I would not be a teenager. I remember when I was 17, I was like, 'OK, I am the person I'll be forever right now.' And that's not how it works, obviously. I am so excited to age, and I'm so excited for my face and body to age without changing. I want my kids to look at me and have my face look like their face and not be some botched version of whatever the f–k is going on out there right now."
