Akash Choudhary rose to fame with his stint in the popular show, Bhagya Lakshmi. The actor plays the role of 'Viraj Singhania' in the show. Apart from that, he also bagged immense fame for his performances in Dating in the Dark and MTV Splitsvilla 10. However, there's no denying the fact that the actors receive much love from the audience and their fans, who eagerly wait to have a glimpse of their favourite star. It often happens that actors and actresses get mobbed by their fans, but the recent incident that happened with Akash left everyone baffled.
For the unversed, Akash Choudhary recently got attacked by a group of boys who were supposed to be his fans. In the video that has been doing rounds on the internet, Akash can be seen looking dapper in a black leather jacket, which he teamed with a white-hued T-shirt and blue baggy jeans. However, as the video started, the group of boys can be seen posing for a selfie with the actor. Later, the actor said that he was done posing. And soon after, a boy from the group aimed a plastic bottle at him. Akash, who was surprised by the same, can be heard saying:
"Kya kar raha ha bhai?"

Later, when Akash Choudhary walked out, one of the boys aimed a plastic bottle at Akash and threw it at him. The terrible incident left the actor baffled. As soon as the video went viral, questions about celebrity security started arising as Akash was openly attacked by his fans in the presence of the paparazzi.
As soon as the video was posted on Viral Bhayani's page, netizens rushed to the comment section and dropped their opinions. While some thought that the situation was really serious, others claimed the bottle just slipped from the boy's hand. Reacting to the video, actress, Prakruti Mishra wrote, "Truly sad." For the unversed, Akash Choudhary has been speculated to be dating his MTV Splitsvilla 10 co-contestant, Nibeditaa Pal, for a long time. However, neither of them accepted the same. It was Akash who, a few days ago, dismissed such rumours and said that Nibeditaa and he are just good friends.

Earlier, in an interview with the Hindustan Times, Akash Choudhary opened up about his professional life. The actor said that he rejected so many shows, which he didn't want to do as he never wants to compromise on his values. Elaborating more on the same, Akash shared:
"I've rejected shows where I was asked to do something that I didn’t want to. Sometimes, I do feel that I’d have been at a much bigger position in life had I compromised on my values. But, I’m glad that I stuck to what I believe in. I’m doing well in my life. You can get late to your success party, but you will reach there if you are in a good position.”
