Ben got married to Jennifer Garner in 2005, and the couple has three kids: Violet, Seraphina, and Samuel. It was 13 years after their marriage that Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner parted ways.
In 2022, Ben gave marriage another chance and tied the knot with Jennifer Lopez. The Good Will Hunting star's second wedding also failed, with a divorce just a few years later. Previously, Ben Affleck shared that his kids made fun of his dating life. There was also buzz that Ben was set up with Shakira, and now he has finally reacted to it.

Ben Affleck recently gave an interview to Entertainment Tonight during the LA premiere of his upcoming film, Animals. Shedding light on his life, the actor said that there's not much room for anything else, as he works and then sees his kids. To quote the actor:
“I work a lot and I see my kids. There’s not a lot of room. I’m not running around.”
The View host Ana Navarro recently claimed that she had attempted to set Ben Affleck up with Shakira, following his split from Jennifer Lopez. Navarro also stated back then that she had never met Ben. Speaking about the same, the actor said that time and again, he hears rumors about him, which are also the ones that he might have heard for the first time in his life.
According to Ben, as people gossip and there are single men out there, it often happens that things get made up. The actor further mentioned that he doesn't get set up easily. Ben could be quoted as saying:
“I hear s--- like that honestly first from people like you. I swear to God, I never heard that in my whole life. I often hear rumors, and I think it’s because, how many single [men]... some people gossip. Stuff gets made up. I don’t really ever get set up, really.”
Ben Affleck further shared that he's currently in a 'good place' in life, and happy about it. According to him, one cannot have two important things in his/her life, and to him, his kids are his top priority. The actor is also in love with his work, and revealed that he's where he is, and he's quite happy about it. Having said that, Affleck is not turning his back if life brings some adventures his way. However, he says he's not chasing it, but he's open to experiencing it if life offers.
Ben Affleck's kids made fun of his dating life
Previously, speaking on Jimmy Kimmel Live, Ben Affleck shared how his kids often make fun of his dating life. The actor said he talks with his kids over dinner about topics including their friends, relationships, and his dating history.
According to Ben, it's something worth sharing, mainly for the lesson part. Ben added that when he tries to point out specific things about his past relationships, one of his kids ends up asking if he's an expert on relationships.
