After opting out of traditional bridesmaids, the couple again chose to skip traditional wedding vows and instead wrote their own. Speaking on Good Morning America, co-host George Stephanopoulos, who attended the ceremony, revealed that both Taylor and Travis stood at the altar holding "little books" as they read their handwritten vows, each taking 20 minutes.
He described the emotional exchange as "everything you would hope for. Real, vulnerable, serious and silly, deeply loving." Host Robin Roberts also echoed similar sentiments, adding that the couple's decision to write their own vows made the ceremony feel even more personal.
Additional details later shared by AMC CEO Adam Aron painted an even fuller picture of the emotional ceremony. Aron described the couple's vows as "long, entertaining, personal, charming, emotional, irreverent and endearing," as they reflected on how they met, why they wanted to spend forever together, and the promises they were making to unite both the Swift and Kelce families. He also revealed that the exchange ended with "a sweep-you-off-your-feet kiss," leaving the arena booming with applause from guests.

GMA co-host Robin Roberts went on to say how, despite taking place inside MSG, a place typically associated with sports, the wedding was nothing less than any other wedding, as "they had their neighbors [and] their high school friends … like any wedding you would attend." George agreed, saying:
"It’s hard to imagine a place that big and a wedding with such stars could feel so personal."
The veteran broadcaster also described the venue as "a garden inside the Garden," referring to the elaborate floral setting that transformed the iconic arena into a lush indoor oasis. Michael Strahan, another guest at the wedding, called it the couple's "dream wedding," thanking them publicly for including the Good Morning America team in their special day.
