A kind of similar incident happened with Naagin 2 actress, Arzoo Govitrikar who has reportedly filed a case of domestic violence against her husband, Siddharth Sabharwal. No matter how strange it might sound, but domestic violence is still in the roots of many relationships, and to fight it, every woman needs a lot of courage like her. Arzoo made a change when she fought back and filed the complaint. According to a Mumbai Mirror report, the actress has submitted video footage from CCTV cameras in her residence and informed the cops that she has been suffering physical and mental torture in her relationship for a long time.
Arzoo filed a complaint on February 19, 2019, wherein she mentioned that she had an argument with her husband, Siddharth on February 15, 2019, over his drinking habit. After their argument, he dragged her inside the bathroom around 4 in the night and hit her viciously. She also mentioned that he has threatened to kill his entire family. On Tuesday, March 6, Arzoo's sister Aditi Govitrikar and her friend actor Ashish Chaudhary were at Worli Police Station and accused Siddharth of forcibly keep the couple's five-year-old son in his custody. However, Arzoo’s husband, has denied all the allegations and has called it a drama, and had said, “It was she who asked me to slap her saying she was rehearsing for a crime show. I will respond to these allegations at the right forum.”
For those who don’t know, Arzoo is a sister of Aditi Govitrikar, who has made a name for herself in the world of modeling and Bollywood. She won the Gladrags Megamodel contest in 1996 and then went on to grab Mrs. World title (a contest exclusively for married women) in 2001.
