All the emotions come rushing together when a man holds his baby for the first time. The most awaited day of any man’s life is when he gets somebody to call him daddy. Actor Arjun Rampal had stormed the internet in April 2019, when he had shared a monochrome picture with his heavily pregnant girlfriend, Gabriella Demetriades. Talking to his social media handle, the handsome Arjun had written, “Blessed to have you and start all over again... thank you baby for this baby." Arjun and his ladylove had become proud parents of a cute munchkin on July 18, 2019, and had named him Arik Rampal. The much-in-love couple is riding high on parenthood and is enjoying every special moment spent with little Arik.
Arjun, Gabriella and Arik are enjoying their vacation in Goa and making most of their New Year holiday. On January 3, 2020, Arjun took to his Instagram and posted a picture giving a partial glimpse of his son, Arik. Arik looked cute while sitting on his daddy’s lap and staring at the scenic beauty. Along with the picture, Arjun wrote, “A blissful day with baby Arik in Goa. Happy 2020 #goa #unwind.”
On December 31, 2019, Gabriella had taken to her Instagram handle and had shared pictures from Arik’s first beach vacation in Goa. In one of the pictures, Gabriella was seen holding Arik dipping his little feet in the water, while his face was hidden with an emoticon. In the second picture, Arjun was seen holding Arik and walking towards the sea. Gabriella had written, “2019 you’ve been insane but only grateful” below the second picture. On July 18, 2019, Arjun had taken to his Instagram handle and had shared the name of his little munchkin. While sharing a picture of his hands, the doting daddy had written, “That gracious thing made of tears, of happiness, gratitude, and light. A rainbow appeared in our lives. So blessed we feel gratitude and abundance of joy. Welcome junior Rampal, into our lives. Thank you all for your graciousness, love and beautiful wishes. Say hello to baby Arik Rampal. #ArikRampal."
In an interview with Zoom, Arjun Rampal had opened up about his newborn baby, Arik. He had stated, "He's the cutest baby I have ever seen. Not taking away from my daughters but he is really really cute, and my daughters are in love with him. Whoever sees him falls in love with him. So, he is actually stealing too much of my spotlight. I'm a bit jealous of him. I would like to share a pic of him when he is one year old. Because he is very small right now and I am too private. Right now he looks more like his mom (Gabriella)."
In an interview with the Mid-Day, Gabriella had talked about motherhood. She had shared not being sure about having a baby. Talking about the same, she had stated, "I was never one of those people who thought of having a baby. I am actually the youngest of my friends, and we would have conversations such as 'ok, is it time to have a baby yet?'. I would even look at people having babies, and think 'I don't know if I want to do this'. But it all happened very organically, and it may sound like a cliche now, but it's the best thing that's ever happened to me.
