Is Ariana Grande on weekly weight loss shots?

Ariana Grande's music video for Hate That I Made You Love Me came with a renewed flood of attention. However, unlike what the singer had expected, a good chunk of the comments focused on her appearance and her noticeably slimmer frame. Amid that, a report has resurfaced on the internet with theories suggesting that the pop star may be using prescription medications commonly associated with weekly weight-loss treatment, including drugs such as Ozempic or Wegovy. Since Grande never publicly said she has used such a medication, the claims remain entirely unverified. Nonetheless, the blind person who posted on TikTok once fuelled the rumours. It read:

Ariana Grande on her appearance over the years

Instead of addressing specific drug rumours, Ariana Grande has repeatedly spoken out against public commentary about her body. The singer has asked fans not to compare pictures as physical appearances continue to change. In a message reshared in late 2025, she described the culture of speculating about other people's appearance and health as 'dangerous,' urging fans and critics alike to stop making assumptions based on looks alone. She stated:

"I've been doing this in front of the public, and been a specimen in a petri-dish since I was 16 or 17. So I have heard it all. I've heard every version of it, of what's wrong with me. And then you fix it, and then it's wrong for different reasons."
