Her Wicked co-star, Cynthia Erivo, questioned whether Grande has gotten a nose job; Grande answered: "No." As for whether she's had a "boob job," Grande replied: "No, can you imagine?" But when asked whether she had a "facelift”, Ariana dismissed it too but revealed that she is open to it.
Going further in the test, Ariana admitted to the procedures that she got done and said, “I've had fillers in various places, and Botox. But I stopped like four years ago. And that is the extent." When the lie detector test administrator then reaffirmed Grande's confession, it confirmed that she was telling the truth.
Various rumors have circulated about Ariana’s transformation and how she has altered her looks over the years. Rumors suggested the singer underwent rhinoplasty to reduce the size of her nose and achieve a more natural shape. The report also said the singer had a brow lift to hide sagging skin under her eyes.
According to reports, when Ariana entered showbiz in 2008, her lips were thinner. Over the years, her lip volume has clearly increased. “I had a ton of lip filler over the years, and Botox. I stopped in 2018 because I felt so — too much. For a long time, beauty was about hiding for me and now I feel like maybe it’s not. I want to see my well-earned cry lines and smile lines. I hope my smile lines get deeper and deeper and I laugh more and more. Aging can be such a beautiful thing.”
