Legendary musician, Abdul Rahman, better known as AR Rahman's son, AR Ameen narrowly escaped through an extremely traumatic incident of chandeliers falling on his sets. As he shared the details of the incident, his father too reacted to it. For the unversed, Ameen has followed in his father's footsteps and made his debut as a playback singer with the 2015 Tamil film, O Kadhal Kanmani. He shares an incredible bond with his father, and glimpses of the same are often found on their respective social media handles.
Taking to his IG handle on March 5, 2023, AR Ameen shared two glimpses from the set where he was performing with the teams. The first picture showed a set filled with performers along with beautiful chandeliers hanging with the help of a crane. In the following picture, he gave a close glimpse of the set after the chandeliers fell on the set and looked simply shocking. However, along with the pictures, he penned a long note explaining the entire incident, which happened just three nights ago. He also mentioned that he and his teams are shell-shocked and unable to recover from the trauma. Check out:

As soon as Ameen shared the horrific incident on his official Instagram handle, his millions of fans poured their hearts out and wished for his health. However, it was his doting father, AR Rahman, who thanked the almighty while mentioning that it was a miraculous escape. On April 4, 2022, AR Rahman had taken to his Twitter handle and shared a selfie with his son, AR Ameen, from the 64th Grammy Awards 2022 hosted at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas. The legendary musician was seen sitting in the audience along with his son, while they happily posed for the selfie. AR Rahman wore a golden print blazer over his black shirt, and his son donned a casual printed shirt. Rahman also shared another picture clicked at the event with Ameen. Someone clicked the picture while the father-son duo posed in front of the Grammy Awards backdrop and looked overwhelmed.

For those who don't know, AR Rahman is married to his ladylove, Saira Banu, and together they have three children, Khatija, Rahima and Ameen. Earlier, in an old interview with Hindustan Times, Rahman was asked about his kids' career choices. To this, the legendary singer shared that all his three children are mature enough to choose what is right for them. Moreover, he mentioned that as long as his kids are on the right track, he would be supporting them always.
