Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma embraced parenthood for the second time when they welcomed their son, Akaay into their lives on February 15, 2024. The entire family was spending some quality time with one another in London for the same. While the ace cricketer returned to India to perform in the seventeenth season of the Indian Premier League, Anushka is also set to return for their daughter, Vamika. For the unversed, Virat and Anushka are already parents to a lovely daughter named Vamika Kohli, who turned three years old on January 11, 2024.
As per a report in BollywoodLife, a source close to the couple, Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli revealed that the doting mommy is set to return to India for the sake of their daughter, Vamika Kohli. Earlier, it was reported that the actress was returning to cheer for her husband, Virat during his match. But now it seems the mommy also has other work. The insider revealed that since Vamika is already three years old, she is said to be joining the school. Thus, revealing this as a reason behind Anushka's return, the source said:
"Vamika turned 3 years old in January 2024 and going by the education rule, she will be now going to Nursery in any school as she is 2021 born. The schooling will begin in April for 20 to 30 days and again get closed for summer vacation and re-open in June. Hence the fans can expect Anushka to travel back to India soon."

The source further added that Anushka and Virat's lovely daughter, Vamika will join the Dhirubhai Ambani International School in Mumbai for her studies. Well, it is a known fact that the majority of celebrity kids, including Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Abhishek Bachchan's daughter, Aaradhya Bachchan, Aamir Khan and Kiran Rao’s son, Azad Rao Khan, Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri Khan's son, AbRam Khan, Hrithik Roshan and Sussanne Khan's sons, Hridaan Roshan and Hrehaan Roshan, and many others pursue their education in the same prestigious school. In the source's words:
"Like every star kid Vamika may start her schooling from DAS and one can only wait to see what the parents have planned for their little daughter."
On March 25, 2024, Anushka took to her Instagram stories and dropped a lovely wish for her millions of fans on Holi. It is Anushka's first Holi with her newborn baby boy, Akaay Kohli. Moreover, it is the first post that she has made after embracing motherhood for the second time. While she and her babies were in London, Virat was in India for the IPL. Thus, it seems she must be missing the Holi fun and her hubby, Virat.

Virat Kohli yet again got a huge cheer after his batting against Punjab Kings, defeating them at Chinnaswamy Stadium. He did a superb knock of 77 runs off 49 balls in the ongoing IPL season. And soon after the match was over, Virat instantly video-called his wife, Anushka Sharma and their kids, Vamika and Akaay, from the ground. He even did his best by shielding his family from the ground camera on the call. However, Virat's sweet little conversation and small gesture of flying a kiss to his wife simply won many hearts.
