Time does fly with a blink of an eye and two years passed by since Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma embarked on their journey of ‘happily ever after’. On December 11, 2019, Virat and Anushka completed two years of marital bliss and to mark the same, the latter took to her Instagram handle to wish her darling husband. In a candid chat with India Today, Virat Kohli had revealed what qualities of Anushka Sharma had attracted him during the initial phase of their relationship. Virat had said, "The thing that fascinated me the most was how relaxed and chilled out for what she already was at the stage. She was welcoming and comforting. These are things that helped us become really friendly. We started cracking jokes. I was the one who was fooling around all the time. Some of the jokes were really silly but that's how I am. I love having a good time and having a laugh. I am really glad that shampoo commercial happened."
Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma’s Italy wedding was followed by two wedding receptions- one in Delhi for the people belonging to the political fraternity and the other one in Mumbai, which was a star-studded night, for their industry friends. There were only 42 people there, with all our friends and family present. I wanted it to be about Virat and me marrying each other, and not this big celebrity wedding.
