And on April 30, 2019, Anshula Kapoor delighted everyone with a literal proof that her doting brother, Arjun Kapoor has her back since childhood. She posted a throwback photo from their childhood, wherein baby Arjun can be seen super-excited to hold his infant sister, Anshula in his arms, she captioned it, “He’s always got my back, literally #JuniorKapoors #LuckiestGirlInTheWorld #TBT”. Arjun reposted Anshula’s post on his Instagram story and wrote, “This is true” atop it.
On Valentine’s Day i.e. February 14, 2019, when the world was celebrating the ‘day of love’ with their ‘special someone’, and everyone expected Arjun Kapoor to have done something mushy for his alleged girlfriend, Malaika Arora, he had surprised everyone with a sweet gesture for his beautiful sister, Anshula Kapoor. Anshula had shared a glimpse of the surprise that her brother, Arjun had planned for her, on her Instagram story. The display of affection expressing his unconditional love for Anshula proves that no matter what, his sister will be his Valentine forever!
Sharing a picture of the beautiful flowers that Arjun had sent to her on Valentine’s Day, Anshula expressed her love for her brother, Arjun. She wrote, "I have the best brother on this planet! Love you the mostest @arjunkapoor." Even, the doting brother Arjun responded funnily to his sister, Anshula’s post by admitting, "Can't deny it it's true." April 10 marked 2019’s edition of World Siblings Day, giving people all over the world to share some love for their brothers and sisters. In order to celebrate the day, Arjun Kapoor had posted a throwback picture with Anshula Kapoor and their late mother, Mona Shourie Kapoor. The Panipat actor had penned, “Mom u gave birth to a special child, She wore matching WWE T-shirts just to be More like me & spend time with me… guess what my sibling turned out to be better than me & the best part of me… the day is gone but still… #happysiblingsday @anshulakapoor”.
On December 04, 2018, when Anshula Kapoor was feeling low and was missing her mother terribly, the star sister shared a throwback picture of her mom and had written, “Come back na Ma Can you ever become too old to stop needing your mom’s hugs? Being an “adult” is hard, but it sucks extra hard on some days. Today is one such day where all I want is to have kadi chaawal with mom & hear her laugh one more time. Miss you Ma. #AlwaysAndForever”.
Arjun Kapoor, as a doting brother, wrote a heartfelt message and posted an encouraging message for his sister and wrote, “I know she is my sister and I can pick up the phone and tell her this... But strangely sometimes it is easier posting things. It feels cathartic. It's okay Anshula Kapoor, you don't have to be an adult all the time." Referring himself as a "useless man-child" and thanking Anshula for standing by him through thick and thin, Arjun added, "You handle me, the most useless man-child in the world and you still manage to keep your sanity. It's fine. We will take things one day at a time."
Arjun concluded the post by sharing how he always toils hard to become like his mother. He wrote, "I wish I could be more like her or just give you the time with her that you crave but the reality is that I can't even be like her even if I try. She was special and unique and you are more of an extension of her than I can be... Love you. I'll be home soon to trouble you."
