Bride-to-be, Anshula Kapoor, is having some of the best days of her life, all thanks to her pre-wedding festivities. For those unaware, she is all set to tie the knot in a day with the love of her life, Rohan Thakkar. While her mehendi ceremony is grabbing the headlines for bringing together the Kapoor clan, Anshula shared more pictures from her Chooda and Kalire ceremony, revealing how it is all starting to feel real to her.

Anshula Kapoor gushes about her Chooda and Kalire

A while ago, on July 5, 2026, Anshula Kapoor gave fans a look into her Chooda and Kalire ceremony. In the pictures, she can be seen posing with her family, including her father, Boney Kapoor and her siblings, Arjun Kapoor, Khushi Kapoor and Janhvi Kapoor. The post also featured several candid moments in which she was seen being blessed by Sandeep Marwah. While Anshula appeared all smiles in most of the photos, it seemed she still couldn't help but get emotional, as a black-and-white photo showed her crying while hugging her brother, Arjun.

For the event, Anshula chose to wear a beautiful bluish Punjabi suit with intricate embroidery. While her attire was a bit simpler than the regal mehendi look, it was Anshula's Chooda and Kalire that became the statement pieces of her look.

In the caption of the post, Anshula revealed that this was the moment that it all began to feel real to her. She also gushed about her Chooda and Kalire and revealed that her favourite part of the tradition was when the Kalire falls on someone, and she gets to bless them. Her caption can be read as:

“Chooda. Kalire. Blessings. The moment it all started to feel real. My chooda and kalire were lovingly customised by @mrinalinichandra. Each kalira has a blessing embossed onto it - words like love, joy, and magic. As my family and closest friends tied them onto my wrists, they were wishing those blessings upon me. And that’s my favourite part of this tradition: when a kalira falls on someone, it’s my turn to wish those very same blessings for them. A beautiful reminder that love is meant to be shared and passed on.”

In the comments on her post, Anshula's fans could not stop wishing her a happy married life ahead. One user wrote, “All my love to the most precious girl!” Another wrote, “Anshula, have a very very very happy life ahead. Just live with your happiness.” Another fan penned, “Congratulations. Looking amazing in a proper Punjabi suit with parandi.” A comment read, “Very very best wishes to the whole family.” A fan wrote, “So happy for you di @anshulakapoor.”

Before posting the pictures from her Chooda and Kalire ceremony, Anshula Kapoor penned a heartfelt note for her sisters, Janhvi Kapoor and Khushi Kapoor. She posted a number of pictures from her mehendi and thanked them for giving her one of the best days of her life. Well, the pictures not only showed all the members of her family but also her uncles, Anil Kapoor and Sanjay Kapoor, along with their families. Varun Dhawan also attended the festivities since he shares a close bond with Anshula’s family. In the caption of the post, Anshula penned:

“The colours, the chaos, the love, and a heart completely full @janhvikapoor and @khushikapoor, thank you for giving me a mehendi beyond what I could have dreamed of! Every thoughtful touch, every beautiful corner, every moment reflected the love and care you poured into making it so special. The greatest gift was that I could simply be present, soak it all in, and feel completely celebrated because you had taken care of absolutely everything. Thank you for giving me one of the happiest days of my life. I love you both endlessly.”
