Amid this, Anshula shared a number of photos from the ceremony and thanked her step-sisters, Janhvi Kapoor and Khushi Kapoor.

A while ago, on July 5, 2026, Anshula Kapoor took to her Instagram handle to share a carousel of photos and videos from her mehendi ceremony. In them, she could be seen posing alongside the members of her family, including her father, Boney Kapoor, and siblings, Arjun Kapoor, Janhvi Kapoor, and Khushi Kapoor. The event was also attended by all of her cousins, Sonam Kapoor, Rhea Kapoor, Harshvardhan Kapoor, Mohit Marwah, Akshay Marwah, Zahaan Kapoor, and Shanaya Kapoor.
The pictures showed that Anshula’s uncles, Anil Kapoor and Sanjay Kapoor, joined the festivities with their families. Actor, Varun Dhawan was also present at the mehendi ceremony as he is known for sharing a close bond with the entire Kapoor family.
The entire celebration made it look like Anshula had one of the best days ever. In the post's caption, Anshula revealed the same while thanking her sisters, Janhvi and Khushi, for making her day unforgettable. Her heartfelt note can be read as:
“The colours, the chaos, the love, and a heart completely full @janhvikapoor and @khushikapoor, thank you for giving me a mehendi beyond what I could have dreamed of! Every thoughtful touch, every beautiful corner, every moment reflected the love and care you poured into making it so special. The greatest gift was that I could simply be present, soak it all in, and feel completely celebrated because you had taken care of absolutely everything. Thank you for giving me one of the happiest days of my life. I love you both endlessly.”
It is worth mentioning that fans could not have enough of Anshula’s look from her mehendi ceremony as she decided to step away from the more commonly seen shades of green and yellow. Instead, she turned heads in a beautiful teal-blue lehenga designed by Arpita Mehta. What made the outfit unique was its blend of contemporary designs with elements inspired by Gujarati textiles.
Gushing about how gorgeous Anshula looked, one social media user took to the comments and wrote, “What a beauty you are @amshulakpoor.” Another wrote, “You are looking prettiest…God bless you. May you have a very happy wedding life.” A third user penned, “The outfit and you are just amazing.” A comment read, “Waiting for your bride look. Mehendi look, you nailed it, girl.”

However, amid the praises for her outfit and how she looked overall, some fans could not help but notice how little mehendi Anshula was wearing. This left many of them disappointed as they expected it to be way grander. A fan commented, “Behen why…itni mehendi toh main time pass k liye lagwati hu..It was your D-day, but ya anyway..wishing you a lifetime of happiness. You have found a perfect person forever. God bless you both. Your mamma is shining up there blessing you.”
