Ankita Lokhande, one of the most favourite actresses of the audience from the television industry, needs no introduction. The diva started her career with the serial, Pavitra Rishta and won a lot of fame and recognition. Moreover, it was her stint in Bigg Boss 17 with her hubby, Vicky Jain that grabbed a lot of attention. Ahead of dating Vicky, Ankita was in a long-term relationship with the late actor, Sushant Singh Rajput. Although they were madly in love with one another, the duo broke up after 7 years of their relationship. After which, Ankita met Vicky and hopped on the forever journey.
Recently, in an interview with ETimes, Ankita Lokhande revealed deets about their first meeting. The actress shared that she first met Vicky Jain at a party during the India and Pakistan match. However, what grabbed all the attention was when Ankita revealed that she and Vicky were in relationships with their then-respective partners before meeting each other. Talking more about the same, Ankita stated that she and Vicky were friends for a long time before they started dating.

Ankita Lokhande, further in the same interview, revealed that they dated for one month, and after that, Vicky got scared and went away. Sharing the reason behind the same, Ankita mentioned that it was due to their different lifestyle, as Vicky wanted a life partner who would stay with him in Bilaspur. Ankita can be quoted as saying:
"We met at a party. It was an India vs Pakistan match. He was dating someone else and I was also with someone else at that time. We were with our respective partners at that point. We were friends for a long time and then 5 years ago Vicky proposed to me for marriage. He met my family. Before he proposed to me, we dated each other for a month and then he got scared and went away. Our lifestyle was very different, and he wanted a life partner who would stay with him in Bilaspur."
While everyone is quite familiar with Ankita Lokhande's past relationship, very few people know that Vicky was reportedly in a relationship with singer-turned-actress, Twinkle Bajpai, aka Tia Bajpai. As per several reports, Vicky used to own the Box Cricket League, through which he met Tia. As per the reports, the actress was smitten by the businessman back then, and they dated back in 2012. Although social media is also filled with some mushy photos of the ex-involved couple, they never publically addressed their relationship rumours. The reason for the duo's breakup is also not known to anyone.
In one of the Bigg Boss 17 episodes, Ankita Lokhande was seen conversing with her house inmates. The actress heaped praises on her hubby, Vicky, and stated that he has always supported her even after Sushant's demise. Ankita mentioned how Vicky handled the situation well when everyone was doubting him and Ankita for Sushant's demise. Ankita also shared that after Sushant and her breakup, she often used to think about what she did wrong in that relationship, but after she met Vicky, he only showered her with love and nothing else.

Ankita Lokhande and Sushant Singh Rajput first met on Pavitra Rishta's set, and they gradually became friends. Eventually, the duo's friendship turned into a relationship, and they had been together for seven years; however, when their fans had been expecting the duo to announce their wedding, they revealed that they had broken up for a reason best known to them.
