Ankita Lokhande and Vicky Jain were a part of Bigg Boss 17 and were often seen arguing in the house. Their arguments during their stint raised many eyebrows, but after her exit from the show, Ankita claimed that all was well between her and Vicky. The couple is back to being the hottest duo in the town and are painting the town red with their camaraderie.
Ankita Lokhande and Vicky Jain recently appeared on Bharti Singh and Haarsh Limbachiyaa’s podcast and opened up about their relationship. Ankita revealed that Vicky initially did not want to marry her as they had differing lifestyles and he wanted a partner from his hometown, Bilaspur. Since the actress lived in Mumbai, Vicky told her that he couldn’t marry her at that time. She said:
"Isne bola ki main shaadi nahi kar sakta uss samay or vo chala gaya kyuki hamari lifestyle bahut alag thi. Vo Bilaspur mein rehta tha or main yahan rehti thi or usko lagta tha mujhe ladki Bilaspur mein chahiye."

Vicky, who was also present during the interview, added that he didn't get the chance to speak so he couldn't express his feelings at that time. He shared that there should be a right time to make a proposal, and when they both met, they were in a state of mind to get married. He said:
“Usne mujhe kabhi bolne hi nahi diya toh main bol hi nahi paya. Mujhe aisa lagta hai ki sahi samay hona chahiye toh uss samay Ankita bhi uss state of mind mein thi jahan vo shaadi karna chahti thi aur main uss state of mind mein tha jahan main shaadi karna chahta tha, aur uss samay hum mile."
In the same interview, Ankita Lokhande also revealed that Salman Khan recalled meeting Salman after the grand finale of Bigg Boss 17. Speaking about the same, the actress shared that Salman told her to have kids if she wanted to make her marriage with Vicky Jain stronger. Ankita shared:
“Salman sir ne merko advice di thi jab main unse milne gayi thi, season khatam hone ke baad. He said, ‘Ek hi baat bol raha hun, bachcha kar lo.’ I was like, ‘Sir, kya bol rahe ho?’ He said, 'No, I am telling you. Just have a baby'. He meant that after a child, a couple grows stronger together.”

Meanwhile, in an interview with the ETimes, Ankita Lokhande opened up about her and Vicky Jain's first meeting and shared that they first met each other at a party during the India and Pakistan match. She further added that they both were in relationships with their then-respective partners at that time. Elaborating on the same, Ankita stated that she and Vicky were friends for a long time before they started dating. Eventually, they fell in love and decided to tie the knot.
