However, it is his incredible love-story with his longtime girlfriend-turned-wife and B-town’s leading lady, Deepika Padukone that has created a history and made us believe in love all over again. When the first time, we saw Ranveer and Deepika on the big screen, somewhere deep down we knew they were meant to be together. And, all our speculations and hopes were turned into reality when the couple exchanged wedding vows on November 14-15, 2018.
Well, Ranveer made his way to the hearts of his millions of followers in full speed. And, now, the actor has launched his very own GIF’s on Instagram that shows off his many moods. While his fans are going gaga, it is Ranveer’s sister-in-law, Anisha Padukone, who honoured him with the best tag ever. Anisha took to her Instagram handle and posted a story with her jiju’s cutesy GIF’s and wrote atop it, #coolestJijuever. Recently, in an interview with Open Magazine, Deepika had talked about the thing that drew her to Ranveer. She had revealed, “When we started dating six years ago, I was more successful than him, busier than him, making more money. I’ve never come across a man who is so comfortable with my success and the attention I was getting. He was supportive and encouraging of my career and it wasn’t superficial support. That doesn’t happen with many men. He really cared, and I don’t think our relationship would have lasted if not for how he inherently felt about my world and how much he respected it. I did not have to make compromises to keep my man happy and that was the best thing about him.”
Earlier, in a post-marriage interview with Pinkvilla, Deepika had opened about her relationship with Ranveer, and had shared, “Over a period of time because it's the small things that he did and the little things that he said which made me believe and feel more and more that he's the person I want to spend the rest of my life with. The foundation of our relationship is just solid friendship and for any successful relationship, that's very essential. It started off on that note right from the beginning and over the years that we have dated, it only became stronger and stronger. In another interview with GQ magazine, Deepika had talked about her equation with Ranveer Singh and had said, “With Ranveer and me, our relationship rests on the fact that we’re extremely liberal with each other, extremely supportive of each other’s professional careers and know each other’s personal needs. I think when we started dating six years ago, professionally, we were both in very different places. My career took off slightly before his, but throughout our relationship, right from 2013 – even when I was shooting for [Goliyon Ki Rasleela] Ram-Leela and Chennai Express – nothing has changed.”
She had further added, “I think you just know when you want to spend the rest of your life with that one person – and he’s everything rolled into one man. He’s my best friend, playmate, companion and confidant.
