But the ones suffering from COVID-19 cannot have their loved ones physically by their side or visiting them. That makes it an even more stressful experience. Bollywood model-turned-actor, Angad Bedi, who recovered from COVID-19 a few days earlier, reveals how was his experience dealing with the novel virus and what made it even more difficult for him.

It was on May 22, 2021, when Angad Bedi had posted a video of his reunion with his wife, Neha Dhupia and their daughter, Mehr Dhupia Bedi after he tested negative for COVID-19. Sharing the heartwarming video, Angad had written, "COVID-19 you have been very hard on all of mankind. These have been very trying times. But one thing that has come out of it has been the value of our loved ones. Finally tested negative and after 16 days of isolation i get to see my lovely wife neha and my daughter mehr who were themselves facing such uncertainty. But we are reunited now.. there is no better feeling than coming back home.. im home. Neha you and mehr together make such a lovely home @nehadhupia Waheguru Mehr kare. #SHUKAR"
In an interview with the Hindustan Times, Angad Bedi revealed how difficult it was for him during the COVID-19 battle as his two-and-a-half-year-old daughter, Mehr Dhupia Bedi was clueless about why her father cannot come and meet her. Angad recalled, "It was difficult to be away from them and be in two different places in the same city. Mehr is just two and a half, and she doesn't understand why her father cannot come and see her. These are emotions that just break you."
Revealing the 'innocent questions' of Mehr Dhupia Bedi on her father, Angad Bedi not being able to meet her, the actor said, "She doesn't get it. There were a couple of times where she would ask, 'Papa, why are you not coming to see me?' I'd say that I'm not feeling too well, but the minute I said that, she'd be like, 'But I've also been unwell in the past, and been with you'. Such innocent questions that a child always has... it was difficult for her and very difficult for me." Speaking of how this was a life-changing experience for him, Angad added, "I've learnt to be more giving, and to give time to your family a lot more. I hugged my dad (Bishan Singh Bedi) before I left for Mumbai. But I don't know when I'll be able to come and hug him and my mother again. Or when will I be able to say, 'I love you' to him in person again? These things change you as a person."

It was on May 10, 2021, when Neha Dhupia and Angad Bedi had completed three years of married life and on their anniversary, the couple had posted heartfelt wishes for each other. Revealing why it wasn't the right time for celebrations, Angad had captioned his post as "Not the right time for any celebration. But since we completed 3 years today as man and wife. And yet we are isolated in two different towns away from each other. The hope of seeing you and mehr someday very soon brings a smile on my face in these trying times. Happy 3 my love.. here is too many more godwilling @nehadhupia #10thmay."
Neha Dhupia had also expressed her wish to hold and be with Angad Bedi in her anniversary wish for him, sharing the moods of loving him through pictures. She had written, "The many moods of loving you my love... I wish we were together, I wish we weren't isolated, I wish I could hold you, I wish we could lie down under the shade of a big tree and talk about sweet nothing ... i wish I could watch our baby girl jump on you with uncontrollable excitement... I wish for so much but then again all I wish for is for you and everyone , everywhere to be healthy and happy.
