And now, the Chogada challenge from Aayush Sharma and Warina Hussain starrer LoveYatri has become the new fad in B-town. After Varun Dhawan, Priyanka Chopra, Katrina Kaif, Jacqueline Fernandes, among others, the soon-to-be parents, Angad Bedi and Neha Dhupia took up the Chogada challenge. On May 10, 2018, Neha and Angad surprised everyone with the pleasant news of their secret wedding, and it even came as a surprise to their industry friends as well. They became husband and wife in a Gurudwara wedding followed by the Anand Karaj ritual. On May 12, 2018, they released a joint statement which could be read as, “Marrying your best friend is one of the greatest feelings in the world, and we are extremely fortunate to have found love in each other. It has been a beautiful journey knowing each other and after formalizing the wedding earlier this year, today, we exchanged our vows in a beautifully simple, private and intimate Anand Karaj ceremony in Delhi.”
It further continued, “We look forward to celebrating and sharing this special moment with our friends and colleagues in Mumbai in the next couple of weeks. Thank you for showering us with so much love. Your blessings have truly made this day so much more special.”
And then again, on August 24, 2018, another surprise came from this much-in-love couple that they are expecting their first child. Opening up about her pregnancy phase and work commitments, Neha shared, “A lot of people think that when you are in a situation, especially the one I’m in, there are lots of people who work and caution around you and it is wonderful to see that love and care.
