When a man becomes father, his emotions take a complete U-turn. The softer childlike side of him, which he hardly portrayed comes out. The moment he holds his baby in his arms for the first time, an array of emotions passes through his mind. And television actor, Anas Rashid is going through all these emotions for the second time as he had embraced fatherhood again and had welcomed a baby boy. Anas Rashid’s stint as ‘Sooraj’ in Star Plus’ show, Diya Aur Baati Hum had brought him a huge fan following. The actor had surprised everyone when he had announced his marriage with a Chandigarh-based girl, Heena Iqbal. He had gotten married to Heena on September 10, 2017, in an intimate ceremony. On February 12, 2019, Anas had become a proud father of a baby girl, whom he had lovingly named Aayat. And on December 17, 2020, Anas completed his family by welcoming a baby boy in his life.
On December 20, 2020, Anas took to his IG handle and shared some adorable pictures with his baby boy, Khabib. Looking like a cotton ball in his white onesie and beanie cap, Khabib peacefully slept in his abba’s arms. Along with the pictures, Anas informed that Khabib is all set for his Aqiqah and wrote, “Today is Khabib’s Aqiqah, the tradition is performed usually on 7th day after the birth of a child, So he/she should be faithful to Allah(God) and the teachings of the Prophet Muhammad(pbuh) Thank you all for your unconditional LOVE.”
To announce the birth of his baby boy, Anas had taken to his Instagram handle and had shared the first-ever pictures of his baby boy with his grandfather. He had also revealed his little prince's unique name in the caption and it could be read as "My father welcomes home his grandson -‘Khabib Anas Rashid'. When Anas had announced the birth of his baby boy, his fans were eagerly waiting for his picture with his son. On December 18, 2020, Anas had taken to his IG stories and had fulfilled his fan’s wishes as he had shared an endearing picture with his newborn. In the picture, Anas could be seen lovingly looking at his son, holding him with utmost care in his arms. Anas had looked emotional looking at his son and the unconditional love that he holds for his child was visible in his eyes.
In the year 2017, Anas had left his fans in shock when he had announced that he is a married man. The actor had shared that he had gotten married to a girl of his mother's choice, who is from his hometown, Malerkotla. Both Anas and Heena had supported each other in different phases of their married life. Earlier, in an interview with Pinkvilla, Anas had revealed the reason why he had married the girl of his mother's choice and had said, “Well, I heard about her from Ammi (mom) and rest of the family members 10 days back. I met her a week ago. I never thought about it. I knew that whatever Ammi would decide, I would say yes to it.
