Amanda Batula Addresses Ciara Miller And West Wilson On 'In The City,' Says, 'These Are My Friends'

Amanda Batula and West Wilson confirming their romance on March 31, 2026, led to a mixed response on social media. The couple is currently in the spotlight after the premiere of The Summer House Season 10 Reunion, where Amanda’s best friend and West’s former lover, Ciara Miller, confronted them about the relationship, leading to a heated verbal battle between the trio.

Meanwhile, Amanda has now addressed the relationship while appearing on the Summer House spin-off, In The City. The third episode of the show premiered on June 2, 2026. Keep reading to know what Amanda has said in the spin-off!

Amanda Batula said that West Wilson supported her after her split from Kyle Cooke

Before Amanda Batula started speaking about her bond with West Wilson, she was spotted entering a restaurant with West and Ciara Miller. Notably, Amanda told the duo that she was leaving the house she shares with her ex-husband, Kyle Cooke. For the unversed, Amanda and Kyle separated in January 2026. Amanda then starts saying on In The City that she has been obsessed with Ciara, as they share a close friendship for a long time. West and Ciara dated for a brief period in 2023, and they split in the same year. Amanda revealed on the spin-off that the duo are now close friends and started referring to West by saying:

“West and I became really good friends this summer. He was there for me for a lot of the Kyle stuff.”

The trio appears once again on screen, where Amanda Batula expresses her happiness about the fact that they were together. West also agrees at one point where Amanda says that the friendship bond with him and Ciara was important for her. While the episode returns to Amanda’s confession, a producer on the other side asks her how she felt while filming those moments with Ciara and West, and whether there is any “inkling of a crush.” Batula denies the same and says:

“I know exactly what people are going to think when they watch this scene. It’s bizarre, but in this moment, these are my friends. These are two very important people to me that have helped me get through this very weird time in my life and my relationship with Kyle.”

While speaking to West and Ciara, Amanda tells them that she wants herself and Kyle to date each other again, which is why she is moving out of the place they lived together. Notably, Amanda told the same to Kyle on their wedding anniversary. Ciara then tells Amanda that they are always rooting for her.

The episode shifts its focus only to Amanda Batula and Kyle Cooke as it reaches its conclusion. The former tells Kyle that she was planning a lease that would be valid for a year since the one-month lease had its own issues. However, Kyle Cooke reacts by saying that the decision sounded very permanent instead of being something temporary. Kyle tells Amanda that he wants to fight back and convince her to stay. Amanda then interrupts him and says:

“We’re not separating…. We’re not leaving each other. This is supposed to help our relationship.”

Kyle claims that Amanda’s decision is very weird since he is trying to support her. But Amanda replies that if they start hating each other at one point, that needs to be considered weird.
