A while ago, the official IG handle of Vogue magazine shared a behind the scene video from Met Gala's dressing room. In the video, we can see actress, Alia Bhatt getting ready for her Met Gala debut. The excitement and nervousness could be easily seen on her face. As soon as the video started, we could see Alia trying on her exclusive Met Gala outfit. She looked all happy. When a voice from the video could be heard saying, "From Mumbai to Met", the actress then joked by saying:
"Cool, can somebody like lift me up now, and place me on the carpet from here?"

Further in the video, we can see the actress getting her makeup done. She then talked about her feelings ahead of her Met Gala debut. The actress stated that Met Gala is undoubtedly one of the most significant events of the year globally, and she was to feel a little wobble on her knees as soon as she got out of the sprinter van. The actress shared that it felt exciting, but the tension could be perceived in her voice when she said it would not be nice because of her big dress and high heels. But as soon as she walked the red carpet, there were no signs of wobbly knees. The actress stated:
"When you talk about one of the major events in the year globally, the first that comes to mind is the Met Gala. It is very exciting, but I will definitely tell you that when I am stepping out of that sprinter van, I am going to feel like a little wobble in my knees. It is not going to be really nice because I have a very big dress, and very high shoes."

The ending part of the video featured Alia Bhatt all decked up and trying to get into the elevator while managing her exclusive gown. The actress could be seen escorted to the car by the team of the ace designer. A few snaps of Alia posing for the paps with singer, Rita Ora and Prabal were also shown in the video. The actress could be heard screaming "I love you too" to her fans at the end of the video.
Alia Bhatt opted for a couture ball gown look by Karl Lagerfeld as the theme for Met Gala this year was Karl Lagerfeld: A Line of Beauty. The dress was beautifully embroidered with 100,000 pearls giving the actress a dreamy appearance. It is undeniable that the actress took our breath away with her Disney princess look for her Met Gala debut in 2023.
