For the unversed, the duo tied the knot on April 14, 2022, in an intimate wedding ceremony. And two months into their married life, on June 27, 2022, the to-be-mommy delighted their fans with their 'good news'. Since then, their massive fanbase has hooked their eyeballs on the parents-to-be's cutesy moments, and every glimpse of them becomes a social media sensation within seconds.
For instance, on October 12, 2022, Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor went for a dinner outing along with the to-be-granny, Neetu Kapoor. While the parents-to-be twinned in black, Neetu looked ageless in a white co-ord set. Ranbir opted for an oversized black shirt paired with black trousers and white sneakers. A few minutes ago, Alia Bhatt took to her Instagram handle and shared two pictures to wish her fans on the occasion of Diwali. The first picture is a throwback from her last year's celebration. In the photo, Alia can be seen donning a purple-coloured lehenga choli set. While in the following picture, Alia can be spotted lying on the bed. The soon-to-be mommy looked adorable as she donned a loose-fitted T-shirt. Sharing the picture, Alia wrote:
"Happy Diwali from throwback me as current me is spending Diwali in bed....love and light to all."
As per a report in Pinkvilla, Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt are all set to embrace parenthood for the first time by the year-end. A source close to the Kapoor family revealed that Alia is expected to deliver her baby anytime at the end of November or December first week. The report further added that the Kapoor family had also enrolled Alia's name at the H.N. Reliance Foundation Hospital in Girgaon, Mumbai.

Earlier, on October 5, 2022, a beautiful intimate baby shower was hosted for the mommy-to-be, Alia Bhatt by her family and close friends. Taking to her IG handle, the mom-to-be also dropped some beautiful glimpses from the same. In the pictures, Alia radiated her pregnancy glow in a blue ensemble and her hubby donned a peach-pink-hued kurta pyjama. The pregnant actress looked simply adorable amidst the presence of her close ones in the family. Sharing them, Alia had penned:
"Just … love."
