Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt are one of the most adorable couples in B-Town, and they never fail to shell out major couple goals. The duo was recently caught inspecting the renovation of the lavish Krishna Raj Bungalow in Pali Hill, as they along with Neetu Kapoor and Raha Kapoor will soon move in over there. However, the netizens think that Alia and Ranbir are trying to erase the former's controversial remark about her husband, claiming that he asks her to wipe her lipstick off.
Now, a video from Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor's visit to their under-construction home is going viral on the internet. In the video, the duo, twinning in white outfits, was seen inspecting the interiors of the building. While Ranbir was dressed in a white t-shirt and black joggers, Alia kept it casual in a white-hued top and denim shorts. Ditching makeup, she tied her hair in a messy bun.

The video was also shared as a thread on Reddit, and it looks like the netizens have a lot to say. A section of social media users were wondering if visiting their under-construction home together and calling the paps over there was all a part of the couple's PR game. However, some people also got curious to find out how long would the building take to get ready to be moved in, as it has already been over a year. Meanwhile, some netizens also pointed out that Alia was not wearing lipstick.

For the unversed, it all started with Alia Bhatt's interview with Vogue India, wherein she opened up about her makeup routine and her way of applying lipstick. Revealing the reason behind her lipstick-applying technique, Alia shared that her then-boyfriend-now-husband, Ranbir Kapoor, used to ask her to remove her lipstick whenever they went on a night out. She added that Ranbir wants her to wipe her lipstick off as he loves the natural colour of her lips.

Alia Bhatt’s statement did not go down well with a section of netizens, and it raised quite a few eyebrows. When the video was shared on Reddit, the netizens bombarded the post's comment section and slammed Ranbir for his misogynist behaviour. While one user penned, "My point exactly. There is a gulf of difference between saying 'you look pretty even without makeup' and 'wipe that off.. wipe that off'.
