On August 27, 2023, a Reddit user shared two unseen pictures of Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor, as the duo enjoyed their dinner date in New York City. In the photos, the couple can be seen sitting at a restaurant and happily posing with their female fans. While Alia looked pretty in a vibrant outfit, Ranbir opted for an olive green-hued shirt and a beanie. Sharing the pictures, the user wrote:

Soon after the pictures surfaced on the internet, netizens were quick to react to the same. While some people pointed out that Alia looks pale, others mentioned how Ranbir had no chemistry with his wife in the pictures. Not just this, a section of netizens also stated that Ranbir's nose looked weird and penned hilarious comments. A user took a dig at Ranbir's swollen nose and commented, "Ranbir's nose looks really swollen... Raha ne jamke mukka dediya lagta hain."
