After Gunjan Utreja and Niya Sharma of Tenali Rama, the latest one to join the bride squad is Kitani Mohabbat Hai actress, Akshita Kapoor, who tied the knot with her long-time beau, Zishaan. For those who don't know, Akshita Kapoor is a famous name in the telly world. She started her career from Shaka Laka Boom Boom in 2002 and later played an important role in Star Plus' Aek Chabhi Hai Padoss Mein in 2006. However, her biggest break came in 2006, when she had played the role of Tanu in Ekta Kapoor's serial, Kahaani Ghar Ghar Kii.
On November 24, 2019, Akshita tied the knot with her beau, Zishaan in a traditional ceremony. The grand wedding saw Akshita's 'Kitani Mohabbat Hai' co-stars Karan Kundra, Kritika Kamra, Pooja Gor and other TV faces in attendance. The bride looked gorgeous in a pastel pink lehenga while her groom looked dashing in a beige sherwani. Take a look at the pictures below:
Well, telly town celebrities know how to turn an event into a grand celebration. Talking about Kritika Kamra and Karan Kundra, well, it was a lovely treat to see them together in one frame after so long. For those who don't know, Karan and Kritika used to be in love and everyone was waiting for them to tie the knot, but the duo parted ways. However, they share good chemistry with each other.
In an earlier interview with Pinkvilla, Kritika had shared that she shares a great bond with Karan and his now girlfriend, Anusha. She had said, "I am comfortable with all my exes and Karan is not the only one. See we started off as friends and ended up in being friends. It's an adulterated kind of friendship that we have and that has remained between us. I am very happy for the two. We hang out together and it's always fun. I am extremely fond of Anusha. She is a very sweet girl and a fun girl, and she makes him fun too. And yes, styles him too, what better could Karan have asked for." In an interview with the Times of India, Kritika got candid about what went wrong in her relationship with Karan. She had shared, “There is no definite reason for my split with Karan. There was no fight. Both of us got very busy with our new shows and this took a toll on our relationship. It is really sad that we couldn't take care of our relationship. There was an emotional attachment, we were together 24/7, but he never proposed to me and I am glad he didn't. We never planned life, getting married in five years or anything of that sort. There were no talks of a breakup either. It was never like... 'Oh, it is over'. Today, we still have a comfort level and we can talk about anything.
