"@meta @metaindia @instagram seeking urgent assistance for username change. Due to the current verification-related restrictions, we have been unable to change the username despite multiple attempts. We would appreciate it if your team could review the issue and advise on a possible resolution."

Akanksha's note of wanting to drop her husband, Gaurav Khanna's surname from her name has come amid her separation news. Netizens think she is doing a publicity stunt, as one user wrote, "She's such an attention seeker. Wants to get attention from everything. Keeps using GK to be in media headlines. Lol. Madam email kardeti, essei bhi news mei rehna. Anything for being in the news."

An angry user does not want the focus to be on Akanksha and wrote, "Requesting media stop giving her coverage; she was known because of GK.. Now no GK, nobody is interested in this spoilt brat. Bhai aisa kya ho gya hai, itni nafrat kisi se koi kaise kar sakta hai. GK sochta hoga ki kya hi bawasir gale mei gayi mare leech ki tarh aakhiri dum tak khoon choosti rahegi fame ki bhookhi."

However, there was a part of social media users who came out in support of Akanksha. Her fans spoke about how Gaurav Khanna doesn’t seem to be exactly the person he presents himself to be publicly. However, after watching him on Bigg Boss 19, many fans of Akanksha changed their opinions on him.
