On November 9, 2023, the official streaming platform, Netflix dropped the much-anticipated trailer of Zoya Akhtar’s next film, The Archies. The film stands out to be quite promising, as it will be launching a host of new talents, including Shah Rukh Khan’s daughter, Suhana Khan, Janhvi Kapoor’s sister, Khushi Kapoor and Amitabh Bachchan’s grandson, Agastya Nanda among others. While the trailer has already received much appreciation from various friends and family members of all the debutants, it is Abhishek Bachchan, who took to his IG handle and re-shared the trailer, as he cheered for his nephew, Agastya. Reminiscing about the latter’s childhood days, Abhishek penned a heartfelt note and stated:
“This is just so cool! Can’t wait to see it. Agastya, I’m so, so proud of you. From jumping on my bed as a kid playing the air guitar to jumping out of the screen with a real one….. the journey has just begun. Play hard! Zo, you’ve knocked it out of the park again! Well, a considerable number of users pointed out how Abhishek penned a rather expressive and heartfelt post for his nephew, whereas a few days back, he posted only a dry wish for his wife, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan’s 50th birthday.
