Aditi Shirwaikar Malik had shot to fame with the popular television show, Shararat: Thodi Jaadu Thodi Nazaakat. The pretty actress had fallen in love with the Kulfi Kumar Bajewala actor, Mohit Malik and had tied the knot with him on December 1, 2010. Since their wedding, the duo has set some high standards for the couples out there through their mushy pictures.
After enjoying 11 years of marital bliss, Aditi Shirwaikar Malik and Mohit Malik were blessed with a baby boy in April 2021. The duo had taken a unique way of revealing his name to their fans. Sharing a video in which the couple added one alphabet at a time, Aditi had captioned it as "What is in a name? Well you are Brave, You are Positive, You are Strong and you are our Strength and all our prayers answered, our Ekbir! We Love You @ekbirmalik."
On July 19, 2021, Aditi Shirwaikar Malik, who often shares important tips on motherhood, took to her IG handle to share an important chapter of the series 'motherhood diaries'. Talking about accepting one's emotions, Aditi wrote, "Motherhood Diaries, Chapter 7, Accepting Your Emotions. Motherhood is an overwhelming journey....one that has many ups and downs!"
Sharing her pregnancy experience, Aditi Shirwaikar Malik also added, "People talk about pregnancy mood swings, but I feel the ride afterwards can also be bumpy. While for most of the time new found motherhood is full of warmth and love, the beautiful smell of a newborn and the giggles and laughter that come afterwards, there also are sleepless nights, a complete change around in schedule, responsibilities, and just a new you!"
Aditi Shirwaikar Malik also penned down how being a mother is one hell of a roller coaster ride, making one think that life was much easier with lesser responsibilities. She added, "And sometimes you just miss having a life with lesser responsibilities. And in that moment remember, it's completely ok to feel overwhelmed, it's ok to feel a little low. Being a mother doesn't mean that you can never have your lows, accepting them and overcoming them is important."
In her emotional note, Aditi Shirwaikar Malik talked about the importance of the picture that was clicked by her hubby, Mohit Malik. She stated, "This picture was taken by Mohit when I was crying, I didn't realize when he entered the room and clicked it. These tears though weren't the low ones, I was just overwhelmed looking at Ekbir, thinking about how beautiful this phase is...And in those moments we were clicked, capturing those happy sweet tears forever!"
Lastly, Aditi Shirwaikar Malik gave a very important lesson to all the mothers out there and said that if a mother feels like crying, it is okay to vent it out. She concluded, "So remember if its tears, let them come out....its not only your baby who can cry, you too can...have an outlet and accept the emotions because this journey ain't easy! #HappyMotherhood."
For the unversed, Ekbir Malik is going to turn 3 months old on July 29, 2021.
