Recently, an internet user took to the discussion platform, Reddit and dropped a collage featuring Aditi Rao Hydari's before and after look. In the first picture, she can be seen donning a blue-hued printed shirt, while, in the next, Aditi looked pretty in a yellow kurta set. And though Aditi looked absolutely gorgeous in both the pictures, there is no doubt that she looked unrecognisable in her old photo. Sharing the collage, the user penned:

Soon after the post was shared on the Reddit thread, netizens started flooding the comment section with their witty reactions. While some dropped sarcastic comments, others trolled Aditi for her alleged surgery. Reacting to the picture, one of the Reddit users comments, "The nose job did wonder to her..." While one internet user wrote, "This is the best surgical transformation I've seen by far," another one commented, "Best transformation, it wasn't a template transformation, hence really suited her." One more internet user commented, "What the actual fuck man! That doctor is a literal God. The transformation is actually insane. There's not a single thing i don't like about her face, very well done." Another comment can be read as, "She ate plastic."
Earlier, a Reddit user had dropped a merged video of Aditi from two of her interviews. In the first video, the actress could be seen shaming other actresses for undergoing plastic surgery. The following video was from another event, where the actress was asked her opinion on plastic surgery. Talking about the same, Aditi gave a totally different answer and stated that it is the personal choice of an individual, and the industry demands the actresses to look a certain way. Earlier, in an interview with India Today, Aditi had opened up about her relationship with Siddharth. Talking about the same, the actress mentioned that she believes her personal life is not a topic of public discussion, so, she tries to keep it away from the media glares. Without taking her beau, Siddharth's name, Aditi called him 'sacrosanct' and said:
"Anything that is in my personal life, whether family, friends or whoever, is very sacrosanct to me. It’s not meant for general consumption. I think there’s a time and place to talk about things and I prefer to keep it that way. I’m not being diplomatic or polite, but I truly believe that."
