Rakhi Sawant’s personal life and marital spat with ex-husband, Adil Durrani have been all over the headlines for the longest time. For the unversed, Rakhi had started dating Adil in May 2022, after she separated from her ex-husband, Ritesh. After months of mushy PDA’s and interactions, Rakhi finally tied the knot with Adil in July 2022. However, after almost a year of happily-sailing marital bliss, the duo parted ways unexpectedly in January 2023, when Rakhi accused Adil of domestic violence, extramarital affairs and even marked him responsible for her miscarriage. However, in his latest revelation, Adil dismissed all such rumours and came out with his side of the story.
After Rakhi’s shocking allegations made against Adil, the latter was sent to jail custody. However, after his release, Adil has now spoken up about the real story of his marriage with Rakhi Sawant. Among many other allegations which he refuted, Adil mentioned how there were reports of Rakhi seeking safeguard from Salman Khan, who had even threatened him for physically assaulting her. Revealing it to be completely baseless and untrue, Adil mentioned that he never met Salman Khan in his life. In his words:
“There were reports that claimed Salman Khan threatened me for doing wrong with Rakhi Sawant, but the fact of the matter is that I haven't even met him once".

In one of his recent interviews with Bollywood Bubble, Adil mentioned how he was the victim in his sham of a marriage with Rakhi Sawant. He mentioned that in contrast to the claims made by the latter of being younger to him, it was he who was 19 years younger than Rakhi. Adil further mentioned that Rakhi was scared about him revealing everything in public, as a result of which she faked allegations and staged a drama in the media.
Moving further in the same interview, Adil contradicted Rakhi Sawant’s claims of suffering a miscarriage due to him. He revealed that, in fact, the actress had gotten a uterus-removal surgery, because of age-related issues. Recalling how Rakhi had falsely lodged an FIR against him overnight, Adil mentioned:
“6-7 din hua tha, natak chal raha tha, Adil aur mera bacha gir gaya, humara miscarriage hogaya. But how can she be pregnant? When she was admitted, I was sitting at the hospital with her when she had to get her uterus removed because of age-related issues. At that very moment, the police came and arrested me. From the time I called her in the night to I went at her place in the morning, she had filed an FIR overnight.”

In the concluding segment of the interview, Adil mentioned how Rakhi utilised an Iranian lady, who was a friend of his, to falsely implicate rape charges against him. He mentioned that she paid the woman Rs. 3 lakhs in advance and asked her to lodge a case against him on rape charges.
