Famous actress and one of the most sanskari bahus of Indian television fraternity, Sandhya aka Deepika Singh walked down the aisle with the director of the show, Rohit Raj Goyal in 2014 in a close-knit affair.

After enjoying the marital bliss all this while, they entered the parents’ club in May 2017. Yes, Deepika and Raj became proud parents to a baby boy on May 20, 2017, at around 9 PM at a suburban hospital.

When the excited newbie papa was asked about the health of mommy and baby, here’s what he was quoted as saying:
"Both mother and baby are doing fine. We are thrilled and cannot express our happiness. Deepika has been asked to rest for now and I think she needs it the most as she been so strong throughout."
This is undoubtedly a happy news for all of us Deepika and Rohit. And now we can’t control our excitement to see the pictures of your little one.

Talking about her last few days of pregnancy, Deepika stated in an interview earlier:
“For me, the last few months have been tough. But the best part is that Rohit has taken a break from his shoot and is taking care of me. So, because of him, things have become a bit easier for me. Also I stay in a joint family, so there are other family members to take care of me too. Because of them, this phase has turned into a beautiful experience.”
She further stated:
“We are ready to welcome whoever comes. We are just praying that things go well. And Rohit is more nervous than me. We are concerned about my health and right now we are just praying so that everything goes smoothly without any complications.”
