It is no secret that the star kids are always under the scanner, but the way this little munchkin has been managing all of this is commendable. The mention is of none other than King Khan, Shah Rukh Khan and his wife, Gauri Khan’s youngest kid, AbRam Khan. Not very often, but on and off this celeb baby keeps hitting it to the headlines. It is to be mentioned here that, Shah Rukh and Gauri welcomed AbRam Khan on May 27, 2013, through surrogacy. As the reports suggest, AbRam Khan was born premature and weighed only 1.5 kg at birth and was kept in the hospital for a month. During this period, just like any concerned mother, Gauri had kept a tight vigilance over him and didn’t leave his side at the hospital. Every year, the doting parents make sure to celebrate AbRam’s birthday with great pomp and show.
On May 27, 2019, Shah Rukh and Gauri’s little munchkin AbRam turned six and his star parents had hosted a blasting Marvel-themed birthday party. Last year on May 27, 2018, which was AbRam’s fifth birthday, Shah Rukh and Gauri had taken to their respective Instagram handles to wish the little one. Shah Rukh had shared a lovely sun-kissed picture of AbRam and had written, “My sunshine turns 5 yrs today but he thinks he is 9! Please don’t tell him otherwise if u meet him. Children should hear their own music, sing their own songs & believe in their own lil dreams & yeah, hug their papa a lot.” On the other hand, mom Gauri shared two lovely clicks with the handsome baby. In an interview earlier with a leading daily, Gauri had shared, “I think he is pampered much more [than Aryan and Suhana]. He is more on sets with Shah Rukh too. My other kids didn't do that. I am now wondering, why." Talking about AbRam, Shah Rukh had earlier retorted, “He is very sweet, beautiful and pretty looking. He is a pleasant child. He brings a lot of cheer and happiness. It is great fun to be with him. Everyone wants to be with him. There is so much innocence and love in the baby… He is very sweet. Once the legendary actor, Amitabh Bachchan had taken to his official Instagram handle and shared a picture with the AbRam, wherein they can be seen shaking hands and AbRam’s expressions stole the show. Amitabh ji had captioned the post as, "And this be little Abram, Shah Rukh's little one who thinks, believes and is convinced beyond any doubt, that I am his father's father and wonders why Shah Rukh's father does not stay with him!" To Big B’s post, Shah Rukh replied, "Sir Aaya Karo na! Please stay at home with AbRam on Saturdays atleast. He has some really amazing games on his ipad. U can doodle jump with him!”
Once to a media portal, Shah Rukh had revealed that he loves to spend time with AbRam than be anywhere else. He was quoted as saying, “I have no other interest in life. People find it very strange. There's only one interest high up in life... that is to play with children. I love kids, and not in the nice, pat-sy way; I just love kids. I like being around them, and I have three of them. I've really had some amazing times with them. I'd rather be with my children than be anyplace else. In another interview, he had revealed, “AbRam is my little monster.I must add that AbRam is extremely protective of me. There are times he watches somebody hit me on screen and he thinks it’s for real. So, the next time he meets them, he gives them dirty looks. He did that with Kajol after Dilwale because of that one scene during the interval. We even went for that Ra.One ride together in Dubai and he was getting little angry with Nawaz bhai after seeing Raees. Otherwise, he’s a total chiller." Talking further about his little munchkin, Shah Rukh had said, "He’s a smart, intelligent kid and extremely fun to be with. And with him, I become a kid myself.”
In a throwback interview with the DNA, Shah Rukh had talked about his family. He had shared, “I’m not very inquisitive or gossip about people’s lives, including my children’s. If they want something, they will just give me a call. Sometimes, they talk about their personal lives, but I know they limit what they tell me. It’s about aankh ki sharam. I don’t pry too deeply. I see the mom (Gauri) and the kids talking, and she asks some really pointed questions, and I’m like, ‘How can you ask them this?’ They may answer or say, ‘I don’t want to tell you’."
He had further added, "I don’t ask anyone questions about their life — whether it’s my children or anyone else. I don’t like being pried on either. I can tell you a lot of generic things about myself, but my personal feelings are extremely private. So, I assume the same about others, my children even more because they would have the same structure of DNA that I have. But they do come and ask me things, sometimes about studies and sometimes some really strange things about life.”
